Excavation for Structures Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, removing, spreading or stacking of spoils within a lead of 150 m. as directed and including trimming the sides of the trenches, leveling, dressing and ramming the bottom, and backfilling with approved Material complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge . I. In all sorts of soil excluding marshy soil & rocks (soft or hard) by manual means. a) upto 3 m depth (i) With pumping out water including shoring as required

ii) Type B (First Class) Bedding Laying (First Class) bedding on well compacted sand, moorum or approved granular material as per Clause 1105 (ii) for Rural Roads of MORD.

Providing and laying Design Mix concrete for plain / reinforced concrete works in any part of bridge ( excluding bottom plugging) , with coarse aggregates of appropriate nominal size and grading , fine aggregate (sand ) conforming to proper grading zone, both of approved quality and cement, as necessary, including labour, cost & carriage of all materials and including preparation of design mix, approval of the same by the Engineering -in-charge and cast for quality control, sampling, testing etc. all complete but excluding cost of labour and materials for formwork & reinforcement works

Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, cross drain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction. (b) Where staging is not required.

Providing and Laying Reinforced cement concrete pipe and setting collar including preparation of bed with earth cushion with materials supplied at site. 1800 MM DIA lABOUR

Supply of 1800 mm dia NP-3 Hume pipe 2.50 m long at site

Plaster with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints etc. complete as necessary. a )With sand and cement mortar (1:4).

Neat cement punning.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry /plain/ reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return with 100 mm dia. AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing face, complete as per drawing and Technical specifications

Earth work in excavation from borrow pits (Land owned / arranged by the Agency.) and depositing in layers of 250 mm including breaking clods in embankment works and to fill up back of abutment, depressions and ruts with an initial lead upto 50 m. and initial lift up to 1.50 m making bunds at top as directed complete a) Borrowpith earth

Supplying fitting and fixing R. C. C. guard post 1.37 m long with cement concrete (1:2:4) with graded stone chips of 13.2 mm down casting, currong complete including cost of providing so as to keep the guard post with due care . c ) With Bajree / shingles

Providing & fixing Concrete Sign Board as per IRC specification of size 900 x 750 x 37 mm. thick made with RCC 1:1½:3 with pakur variety stone chips reinforced with double layer IRC febric (75 x 75 mm. mesh) and fixed with necessary nuts & bolts on two RC precast posts 100 mm. x 150 mm. ....... . as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (The rate is inclusive of cost of reinforcement, concrete, shuttering, nuts & bolts, washer etc. complete.)
