Demolition of RCC cover slab of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition and separating, scraping and cleaning of reinforcement and removing debris outside MD land . Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

M&L for TMT bars 8 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with the clips.

M & L for desilting the drains of any size, shape and depth including pumping out liquid waste and removing the rubbish out of MD land complete all as specified Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles including copings etc.and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, benching including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and form work all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) and finished even & smooth without using extra cement completed all as specified.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

S&F MS framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings etc conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of black japan paint complete all as specified.
