Tender for procurement of Steel Line Pipes for Pune GA of MNGL.

Manufacture & Supply of 3LPE Coated Line Pipes: Line Pipes as per API 5L, May 2019 (46th edition), PSL-2 and Technical Specification No. MNGL/LINEPIPE/TS/00 and PE Coating as per Technical Input, Technical Specification No. MNGL/PLCOATING/TS/00. Supplier's Scope of work shall be inclusive of loading/ unloading, handling and transportation of coated/ uncoated pipes to designated place of delivery (Warehouse at Nashik, Sindhudurg & Nizamabad) handling, supply of wooden sleepers and other necessary materials required for pipe stacking, etc. as per the requirements of scope of work, stacking of coated pipes at "Desginated Place of Delivery" in presence of company representatives including supply of all coating materials consumables etc. as per Technical Input/ Specification attached with this document. Supplier's Scope of work shall also be inclusive of rectification/ repair of all defects (occuring on account of any damage during transportation or otherwise), noted and recorded at the time of Receiving of Coated/ Uncoated Pipes at Dumpyard in the presence of Owner’s representative including performing all works as per specification and instructions of Owner’s Representative.
