Taking down carefully old unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, etc. to be measured separately) and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site or for taking credit and making good to disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc with its original specification complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully MCB/MCCB DBs SP/TP by unscrewing from main switch boards/cut out boxes and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site or for taking credit including sealing the cable ends and making good disturbed surface of wall etc as per existing finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated1100 volts grade, multistranded, copper conductor, single core, unsheathed cables (FRLSH quality) drawn through and including PVC conduits of suitable size but not less than 20 mm dia (medium grade) with all fittings and accessories concealed in walls/ceiling etc including cutting chases for conduits and sinking for boxes and making good to disturbed surfaces including sunk mild steel terminal box with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover for mounting switches, sockets, regulators etc including PVC insulated and unsheathed, single core, multi-stranded, FRLSH copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm green in colour as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly for one light point / fan point/ one call bell point controlled by one 5 Amps one way switch complete as specified and directed. Note : Rate quoted shall be inclusive of Cutting, chases and making good the existing surface for complete concealed wiring all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. .

All as per item No 03 above but one 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps, on the same board with other switches.

Supply and fixing lamp holder angular PVC/Polycarbonate suitable for batten fittings complete all as specified/directed.

Supply and fixing LED tube light fitting 1x18 watts including Tube rod, 230 Volts, bipin holders connector block etc complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including provision of PVC round block 7.5cm dia and 2 cm in depth (2 Nos) for mounting the fittings and electrically connecting with three single core 23x0.0076 PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor flexible cable from ceiling rose to light fitting, complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanised wire of size 4 mm (upto 7.50m length)as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by galvanised iron pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) and connected to earth test point and including cement concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1(using 20 mm graded aggregate) and pre-cast RCC cover slab of size 540 x 540 x 50 mm thick, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways and one handle for lifting made with 10 mm dia mild steel bar, funnel, wire mesh 20 mm bore galvanised (light grade) for watering, charcoal and salt in alternate layers including necessary execution and earth works in any types of soil complete all as shown on Electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR-I including taking out the old earthing material complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for concealed Sub main wiring with two runs of single core 6 Sqmm (Nominal Area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable LT 1100 volts grade drawn through and including PVC conduit of adequate size (minimum 20mm) of wall/ceiling with all necessary fittings and accessories and 1 run of FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed insulated single core cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 6 Sqmm as earth wire (green in colour) run throughput conduit and connected to common earth dolly including taking out the old sub main wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Two run of cable, one run earth wire and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one length. (b) Rate shall be inclusive for necessary chasing and cutting and making good to surfaces to match the existing surfaces.

Supply only LED bulb of 9 Watt (Warm white). Make- BAJAJ B22 or equivalent to Philips/ CG/Havells/ Surya

M&L for cutting of circular hole in brick/ concrete walls and finishing with painting/distempering/whitewashing of suitable size for fixing of exhaust fan of size 300mm sweep, grouting 04 Nos 100mm long 12mm dia stud bolt including, making good to disturbed surfaces of wall and to match as per the existing colour complete all as directed and specified by engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fix exhaust fans AC single phase 230/ 240 V copper wound, heavy duty, metallic body of size 300 mm sweep with louver/guard bars,1400 RPM all as specified and directed. Make : Havells, Model-Ventil Air-DB or equivelent model in Crompton/Bajaj/Orient

Supply and fix ON LOAD change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosures 4 pole of capacity 63 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying connecting and testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured LT electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 25 Sqmm, 3.5 core laid through duct/pipe/in trench, etc. including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cable and erection of poles all as specified and directed at site.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified & directed by Engineer-in - Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soft/loose soil in layers , all as specified and directed at site

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable using locally available fine clean dry river sand over, under ground UG cable laid in trenches and gently punning done complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured.

M & L for brick protection cover to LT underground cables with sub class ‘B’ over burnt brick, (locally available best quality), laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of pole / strut etc including necessary form work including dismantling of old one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 50 mm bore GI tubing “light grade” in trenches/on pole for protection of cables complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. .
