Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of wall-mounted electric kitchen chimney of suction capacity not less than 1500 m³/hr, suitable for heavy-duty cooking in mess kitchen conditions. The chimney shall be of 60 cm width, made of stainless steel body with filter less design, equipped with heat auto-clean technology, oil collector, copper-wound motor, touch or motion sensor controls, and a noise level not exceeding 58 dB(A). It shall be complete with all accessories including flexible aluminium duct (minimum 3 metres), two 90° elbows, clamps, wall mounting brackets, power cable and plug top, and all necessary civil and electrical works for proper installation. The chimney shall operate on 230V AC, 50 Hz supply and should conform to the manufacturer’s specifications and installation guidelines. Approved makes shall be Elica, Faber, Hindware, Glen, KAFF or equivalent as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of new/serviceable cables or for fault finding in existing cable and getting out soil in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed in a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point of any type of soil complete all as specified

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with a layer of sand 8 cm depth before laying of cable and 15 cm depth after laying and stretching the cable all as specified. Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured & paid.

M&L for well burnt sub class 'B' bricks of nominal size 230X115X75 mm abutting each other for mechanical protection of cable with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified.

M&L for plate earthing complete with galvanized mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and including GI wire 4 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth (Plate) electrode at one end and connected to main switch board /panel/ test point at the other including watering GI pipe (medium grade) 20 mm bore from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode and 20 mm GI pipe light grade for earth strip protection complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil complete all as specified.

Note:- An amount of Rs. 83,301.50 on account of credit schdule for Sch 'A' Part-II Shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
