Chipping, removing carefully loose/ damaged concrete (total thickness upto 60mm ) from surfaces of RCC members, in any location by low impact Hammer/Breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning the surfaces with wire brush etc and disposal of debris out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1) Hard concrete shall not be removed by force 2) Item No.1 will not be applicable for the locations/areas where item No. 37 is applicable.

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make. "Feovert" of "Krishna Conchem" OR "Roff Rust Cleaner' of 'Pidilite' OR 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of one hr between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.)

M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using IPNET-RB of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.

M&L for shear connectors of 8mm dia TMT bars including anchoring of the reinforcement bars in existing RCC members by providing holes of minimum 10d depth and grouting in position with locfix (fosroc), including drilling of holes, cleaning and other relevant works, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members using polymer modified mortar from M/s. Krishna Conchem (Molith PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr Fixit, while the bonding agent is still tacking upto 20mm thickness, including levelling, profiling etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for casting & repairing of excessively damaged distressedRCC members (exceeding 40mm in thikness) with prebatched, prepacked, single component ready to use microconcrete from Fosroc (Renderoc RG) or equivalent of Dr. Fixit as approved by GE, at any level/ height and at any lead or lift as directed including prefabricated water tight formwork, centering, scaffolding, also including mixing , laying, levelling, finishing, curing etc as per manufacturer's specifications and all other relevant works, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement only shall be measured and paid separately) Note : Item No 01 to item No 09 shall be executed through an approved applicator and prior to commencement approval of Garrison Engineer shall be taken

M&L for non shrink polymeric water proof compound mixed with neat cement slurry at the rate of 225 gms per 50 kg bag of cement shall be injected through nozzles at a pressure of about 2 kg / Sqm to ensure that the grout runs through all pores and cranks in the concrete there by sealing them . After injection is over nozzles shall be sealed off with CICO PLAST Super or equivalent complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one mm thick , three coats of polymer modified cementitious water proofing coating ( comprising liquid polymer component and cementatious powder component and shall be mixed as per manufacturers instructions ) over inner surface of RCC wall and bottom surface of tank and applying 10 mm thick cement mortar in CM 1:3 all as speicifed and directed.

Dismantling completely existing roof treatment (excluding cement screed bed ) including loosened cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab and making good the same in CM 1:4 and removing rubbish, etc to a distance exceeding 500m and not exceeding 1.0km complete all as specified and directed

M & L for APP modified roof treatment over existing roof slab etc to be executed through approved authorised applicator of the membrane manufacturer with the following specifications complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre/ Sqm manufactured by the same manufacturer as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per litre at 25 degree centigrade on the prepared dry surface. (b) Laying APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyester fibre weight not less than 160 gm/Sqcm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap. (c) Applying one coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm over APP membrane. (d) Physical properties of membrane shall be as under:- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm and miniumun thickness 4mm . (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160 gm /sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 650N/Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 N/Sqcm (v) Tear strength-longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250 N. (vi) Elongation : > 20% in both directions. (vii) Impermeability/water tightness at 2 Kgf/cm2. (viii) Water absorption - Not more than 1% on mass within 24 hours. (ix) Cold flexibility - Minimum (-) 20C. (x) Dimentional stability % change = Maximum 1%.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement mortar layer of (1:3) with WPC when the concrete is still green complete all as speicified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames, not exc 1.5 Sqm each with wooden/ flush/ PVC shutters (Without taking off shutters from the frame) including taking down of hold-fasts by cutting/chasing etc from existing surfaces and also taking down of MS Grills (where exists), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames, exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each with wooden/ flush/ PVC shutters (Without taking off shutters from the frame) including taking down of hold-fasts by cutting/chasing etc from existing surfaces and also taking down of MS grills (where exists), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F standard aluminium section powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating shall be 50 micron and colour shall be as approved by GE ) as in frame, shutters for doors, window / ventilators, partitions, fixed / openable / sliding or in any pattern, cut to size, jointed with cadmium plated steel screws, including rubber beading or gaskets for fixing glass, provision of hinges, screws, plugs, handle, lock, roller, Nylon ball bearing etc complete all as specified and directed (Aluminium section shall be of make Jindal/Hindalco/ Indalco) Note:- Weight of Aluminium sections as per actual or as per IS or as per manufacturer, whichever is less, shall only be considered for payment. Cost of other items / accessories required for entire completion of the work shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. However glass panes and wire cloth shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective items.

S&F aluminium anodised Grills of approved design with and including F/U channel for window, ventilators, balcony openging in architectual or rectangular type in existing building, including drilling as required in RCC sections, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The Grills shall be of Model DG-102/DG-104 of Make Deco or equivalent make as approved by the GE.

Dismantling boarding of any description in cabin panels etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 12mm thick veneered particle board panels, interior grade, solid core, medium density, general purpose type with commercial face veneers type BB, complete all as specified and directed

S & F Factory made solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, complete all as specified and shown in drg for SI No. 8095 on ser page No. 160 in SSR-2010 (Pt-II).

S & F factory made 35mm thick plain, framed panelled shutter (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commerical veneering on both faces, the size of rails and stiles shall be as per IS:1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated of second class hard wood (Hollock/Sal/Kalasiris), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12 mm thick polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster on the wall surfaces including finishing surfaces even and smooth, complete all as specified and diected Make: Easy Plast from M/s wall plast or chemplast or readyplast from Ultratech Note: The thickness of plaster specified above is the minimum thickness and the quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for provision of dubbing of the surfaces with ready mix plaster and nothing extra shall be payable on this account.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) to ceiling, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for leakage / seepage proof coating consisting of preparing the new surfaces of existing exterior walls, parapet walls, chajjas etc. and applying Primeseal primer of M/s Dr Fixit or equivalent chemical of M/s STP Ltd as approved by the GE or one coat of Chemstic PDE 600 elastomeric coating (and allowing to dry for 8hrs) under torch dry condition and subsequently applying two coats of water proofing decorative elastomeric coating system Raincoat of M/s Dr Fixit with DFT 100microns or Shalicryl 215 of M/s STP Ltd or Chemstic PDE 600 elastomeric coating (the surfaces after painting one coat shall be allowed to dry for 6 to 8hours before application of next coat) including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as per manufacturer instructions, as specified & directed. Note: The aforesaid treatment shall be got executed by the contractor from the authorised applicator of the manufacturer(s) and also necessary authenticated documents on account of above shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE.

M&L for 3 mm thick (minimum) white cement based wall care putty in two coats on new or old surfaces of walls/ceilings etc, finished even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with roller over one coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with roller over one coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing earthing and in lieu M&L for new earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level, connected to and including galvanised earth wire 4mm dia to the extent upto 7.5 metre as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts etc, with provision of charcoal and salt all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, including water arrangement with GI pipe 20mm bore (medium grade), earth lead protection pipe 15mm bore light grade with bends, elbow etc. from earth plate to test point, excavation and earth work, returning, filling, ramming and removing of soil to a distance not exc 50 metre, making PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pit (Earth chamber) with RCC 1:2:4 cover 50mm thick reinforced with XPM and testing on completion including making test point on wall as per SSR specifications all as specified and directed. (Note: Cost of GI earth wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 metre shall also be deemed to be included in the quoted rate).

Taking down of existing ceiling fans/Exhaust fan and re-fixing of the same ceiling fan 1200mm sweep and exhaust fan including provision of cable from ceiling rose/ conductor to fan and spray painting of ceiling fan and Exhaust fan with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, after preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, 1100 volt grade electric LT UG cable with multi stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 Sqmm, 4 Core, in trenches/ saddling the cable in duct/wall etc and making all connections, complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Unless otherwise directed, the cable shall be in single piece. (ii) Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, protection covers shall be measured and paid for separately.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation, cable, pipe etc and 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for pits indipendent holes etc, including getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in with approved earth including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning by spreading in trenches fine dry sand by gently punning down manually as in cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class LV, type I, flat of size 250 x 150mm x40mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable UG PVC Insulated, armoured, heavy duly aluminium conductor cable of size 25 sqmm x 4 core from the trenches/ along wall/ floor / duct etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.
