Note:- (a) Contractor shall detail his supervisor to office of AGE B/R (NORTH) daily by 9.00 AM who will report to concerned JE B/R /Engineer-in-Charge to receive all complaints related to cleaning of Sewage lines / Manholes and similar works of entire area under this contract. (b) Contractor shall provide services (sweepers) separately for all the Complaint cell as per the complaints list given alongwith all requisite tools, equipments, including safely measures for attending complaint and ensure completion report by 5.00 PM same day. (c) Complaint/blockage cleared on same day at same location shall be treated as one complaint irrespective of clearing more than once. (d) Please note that all the complaints relating to sewage shall be attended within same day (within 12 hour). (e) In case any complaint pertaining to Sewage issue is not attended on same day, penalty @ Rs. 100/- per complaint shall deducted from contractor payments.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and finishing the surfaces smooth and reforming benching as required for 150 / 160 mm bore pipe.
