Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5 metre wide and n exc 1.5 metre in depth , for foundation ,etc or for shafts, wells , cesspits, main holes etc.n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/ lose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and exceeding 1.5 metre but n.exc. 3 metre in depth for foundation for poles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying repairs PCC covers, class LV type-1 flat size 250x150x40mm, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in repairs PCC covers, class LV type-2 flat size 300x180x40mm, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying in repairs HDPE pipe 65mm bore for laying of LT cables etc. complete with all accessores all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour in repairs GI pipe light grade100 mm dia tubes, with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete for protection of cables complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for cuttings existing roads of existing/required thickness and making good the same as per existing specifications complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for repair to LT Panel board of any size with and including replacing the unserviceable MCCB, Busbar, jointig cable with proper lugs ,nuts , bolts and washers, cleaning the panel by using of CRC Soluation and repairing the panel door by using hinges and repairing the lock system, necessary welding, spray painting the complete LT Panel with two coats of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old surface complete all as specified and directed. NOTES :(i) Rate for new Busbar, jointing cable, lugs, CRC Solution, nuts,bolts, painting and washers, hinges are deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) MCCBs shall measured and paid for separately but taking down is included in this item.

Supply and fixing MCCB, 4 Pole, 400 Amps , with breaking capacity 36 KA , fixed type(HBC Series),adjustable type thermal setting 70-100% and magnetic adjustable 5-10 times AC 415 volt ,50 HZ conforming to IEC:60947-II/IS:13947-II and connecting all as directed.

All as per item No 25 here in above but 200 Amps 25 KA breaking capacity.

Material and labour for attending breakdown complaint of OH conductors of any size and repairing the conductorby using additional conductor of same size for fiing on poles incl binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note - All T&P required for attending the comlaint incl safety devices will be the contractors responsibility)

Material and labour for spray painting to LT Steel tubular pole,9 metre long with two coats of synthetic enamel paint including prepartion of surfaces,Scraping the old paint and writing pole No in Black letter under yellow circle with alternative layers of black and white strip upto 1.5 mtr from GL complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing in repairs of switch Air break, Gang operated with 12 insulator polymer type type switch Triple pole mechanicaly operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating 200 Amp operating Voltage 11 KV out door type vertical mounted type complete with locking arrengement, assembly with fuse mount carrier and fuse element of required capacity and isolate suitable for 11 KV including necessary electric connection and 11 KV fuse (drop out type) of capacity as per site requirement and as specified by Engr Incharge , complete with DO fuses assembly with channel and one No. operating Rod of 25 mm dia bore medium grade GI pipe of suitable length worked out from ground level and handle complete with lock and two Nos keys incl flat iron clamp 50mm x 6mm MS channel of suitable size & length for fixing GOD incl nut,bolt, washers including disconnecting and taking down the old unserviceable GOD & accessories and removal complete all as specified and directed. .

Material and Labour for checking of HT UG 11 KV XLPE faulty cable with HT UG cable fault locating testing machine, rectifing the fault, putting the jointing kit and charging the cable as all as specified and directed. Approx length 500 RM for each Job. (The rate for excavation, removing of old cable complete all as specified and directed (laying after repairs is demmed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor).

Supply & fix in repairs LT line seperator 3/4 lines made of high quantity PVC material to provide 300 mm distance between phase to phase and neutal or as per sit reuirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repairs bus bar enclosure 800 mm x 600 mm x 200 mm made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel duly powder coated and including 200 amp, 25 kA MCCB 4 pole, thermal magnetic based fitted in bus bar enclosure using 200 Amp rated bus bar, 25x10mm aluminium and RYB indication lamps duly protected by 2A SP MCB outdoor type welded to suitable size MS angle iron frame and embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 ; and necessary removal Complete all as specified and as directed. Note - Height of the enclouser from ground level 0.5 metre .

Supply and Fixing in repairs bus bar enclosure 800 mm x 600 mm x 200 mm made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel duly powder coated and including100 amp, 25 kA MCCB 4 pole, thermal magnetic based fitted in bus bar enclosure using 250 Amp rated bus bar, 25x10mm aluminium and RYB indication lamps duly protected by 2A SP MCB outdoor type welded to suitable size MS angle iron frame and embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 ; and necessary remaoval Complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour in repairs for earthing complete in repair/replacement with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick, buried vertically in ground (Each pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.50 M below normal ground level) connected to GI strip 32 x 6 mm , by means of bolts, nuts, and check nuts and washers etc encased in GI protection pipe 40 mm dia light grade pipe for protection of GI earth strip both to be provided to the extet of 7.5 meters, all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR - 2004 Part - I, GI protection pipe buried in ground, laid under floors / plinths or mixed on walls / pole etc or concealed in walls etc; with provision of mixture of charcoal dust and common salt packed upto minimum 150 mm all around the earth plate, including PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 earth pit with M.S angle iron frame, cast iron cover with locking arrangement, with GI 20 mm dia medium grade pipe and MS funnel with wire mesh for watering arrangement, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil / strata and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.Note:- i) Cost of GI strip 32 x 6 mm and protection pipe 40 mm dia is deemmed to be included in rate quoted ii) Excavation and earth work in any type is deemed to be included in the rate.

Supply and fixing in repairs in true vertical position steel tubular pole 11metre long complete with cast iron base plate final taper plug bolts, nuts and screws tyoe 410 SP-55 confirming to relevant IS including one primer coat of red oxide ant two coats of aluminimu paint and two coats of bituminous paint inside and oustide of botom portion up to 1.8 m length all as specified and provide circular bend 1 No of width 2 cm with alternative layers of black and white strip upto 1.5 m from GL including dimsantling old PCC pole and removal ,complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation & earth work & PCC shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing in repairs in true vertical position steel tubular pole 09metre long complete with cast iron base plate final taper plug bolts, nuts and screws tyoe 410 SP-31 confirming to relevant IS including one primer coat of red oxide ant two coats of aluminimu paint and two coats of bituminous paint inside and oustide of botom portion up to 1.8 m length all as specified and provide circular bend 1 No of width 2 cm with alternative layers of black and white strip upto 1.5 m from GL including dimsantling old PCC pole and removal complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation & earth work & PCC shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour in repairs plain cement conctere 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm grade aggregate) as in foundation of pole and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for in repairs PCC (1:3:6) type C-2, (using40mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of pole and similar work including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for finding UG cable fault by excavation and repairing the cable of various sizes with straight through joint and returning refilling of trenches and removal of extra soil form site complete all as directed for the following :- LT cable 3.5/4 core 10 Sqmm to 35 Sqmm incl straight through joint including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for finding UG cable fault by excavation and repairing the cable of various sizes with straight through joint and returning refilling of trenches and removal of extra soil form site complete all as directed for the following :- LT cable 3.5/4 core 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm incl straight through joint including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for finding UG cable fault by excavation and repairing the cable of various sizes with straight through joint and returning refilling of trenches and removal of extra soil form site complete all as directed for the following :- LT cable 3.5/4 core 120 Sqmm to 300 Sqmm incl straight through joint including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour in repair cable straight through joint box type suitable for 11 KV U/G XLPE screened PVC bedded GI Strip or wire armoured cable size 50 to 95 Sqmm 3 core heat shrinkable, , termination kit jointing material connected to electrical system with and including cable pieces of suitable size length, and the tap vice type and removal old compelete all as specified and directed. (Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately)

(Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately).

Material and Labour in repairs outdoor type cable end termination kit, heat shrinkable jointing material and accessary complete suitable for 11 KV HT XLPE underground cable size 50 to 95 sqmm 3 core including testing after jointing and removal old compelete all as specified and directed. (Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately).

Material and Labour in repairs outdoor type cable end termination kit, heat shirnkable ointing material and accessary complete suitable for 11 KV HT XLPE underground cable size 120 to 185 sqmm 3 core including testing after jointing and removal old compelete all as specified and directed. (Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately).

Material and Labour for prunning and removing of tree branches touching to electric over head lines wild growth around LT /HT over head lines and around pole and stay complete to make clear span of 2 m of tree both side of the OH line with JCB, Cutter and all tools, plants etc. and removal complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Distance between pole to pole will be measured and paid. (ii) Contractor has to take upmost care to avoid damage to existing lines/structures if Any breakdown of line caused during punning shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost. (ii) The contractor has to ensure the proper safety of the tradesmans to avoid any mishappening. If case of any mishappening occures, the contractor shall be solely responsible for the same and no claim is admissible to the contractor on this account.
