Appd. Item Deployment of Mali – Cum - Chowkidar for watch and ward of all Hort. works including all other installation / features situated in Town Park P.L.A. Hisar complete in all respect upto entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. Watch and ward for 3 shifts 8.00 A.M. to 4.00 P.M. (1st Shift) (Day) = 1 Nos. 4.00 P.M. to 12.00 PM (2nd Shift) (Night)= 2 Nos. 12.00 P.M. to 8.00 AM (3rd Shift) (Night) = 2 Nos. Total = 5 Nos.

Appd. Item Sanitation and cleaning of toilet blocks situated in Town Park, P.L.A. Hisar which includes 1 No. complete block for Ladies and 1 No. complete block for Gents, the sweeper (Ladies / Gents) are required for (Part Time) for sweeping & cleaning all the sanitary features for 4 Hours working period (i.e. 2 Hours in morning and 2 Hours in evening respectively, complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge of work.Minimum requirement i) Gents sweeper (Part Time) (Gents toilet) 1). The agency will ensure that the quoted rates shall compliance of order / instructions (mentioned at Para No. 8) circulated vide letter No. 43/5/2001-3GS-II dated 20.02.2014, by worthy Chief Secretary, Haryana, regarding tenders related to Manpowers. However, agency will not include the EPF & ESI contribution of principal employer (i.e. HSVP) in the quoted rates as same will be reimbressed by HSVP on production of documentary proof with the next month bill, for its deposition by agency.2). The agency will submit the documents proof for deposition of amount for deduction like EPF, ESI, Service Charges etc. of previous month, otherwise no payment will made to the agency for the next month.3). The payment will be made only monthly basis and agency will be submit monthly bill, well in time for release of monthly payments.4). Only those agencies can participate in tendering process, who are registered / licenses with any Govt. Labour Deptt. in the relevant category / class of Labour work / Labour Deployment, as required for this tender work.5). It shall be sole responsibility of agency for compliance of Minimum Wages Act.
