Design, Manufacture, testing, supply, installation and commissioning of Double door outdoor type Distribution Feeder Pillar box conforming to Indian Standard IS : 5039-1969 with latest amendments,suitable for use on 3 phase 4 wire, 400/440 Volts 50 Cycles A.C. Supply and shall be suitable for short circuit fault of 31 MVA at 415 Volts, fabricated as per size, design & drawing to be approved by EIC. S&F of Electro Zinc Galvanised (for indoor) / Hot Dip Galvanised (for outdoor) Wiremesh cable Tray in accordance with standard BSEN 12329-2000 with all mounting accessories. All trays should be 3005 mm long. Cable tray shall be manufactured from steel wires, welded together and bent into final shape prior to surface treatment. Steel Wire Cable Tray should be produced from lateral and longitudinal sidewall steel wires, with minimum diameters between 3.7 mm to 5.9 mm for trays depending on the widths of the trays as per the design parameters. Trays should be manufactured with a longitudinal ‘T-welded’ safety edge along the top wire of the sidewall. Trays should be constructed with a 50mm x 100mm mesh configuration. Trays should be coupled together using fast spring coupler. The coupling will have the same surface finish as the tray. Loading and deflection characteristics of the tray should be tested and the results published in accordance with the European Standard IEC 61537. Fire test certification should be published in accordance with the E30/E90 standard. Electrical continuity across a coupling should be demonstrated by means of a published test method and result. Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV grade 3x1.5 sqmm single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Finolex/Havells/RR Kabel make) in 19mm bore, 3mm thick polythene pipe to light/fan/call bell points with Piano Key type switch fixed on MS CRC sheet metal (16 SWG) switch board concealed in wall complete with 2 nos. “Ph & N” copper bar incl. bakelite/ Perspex top cover 3 mm thick and incl. 175x100x65mm inspection box, making earthing attachment, painting the MS box and mending good the damages to original finish [concealed wiring for the panel bldg and new stairs all under construction] (Av. SUB HEAD-VII : Earthing Installation

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: By ISI Medium GI Pipe

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar incl. S & Drawing No. 6 SWG G.I. earth wire as to G.S.

S&F of Earth bus-bar of Galvanized MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm including nuts, bolts & washers etc. as to GS (for Lift well/ Panel rooms).

SUB HEAD-VIII : Miscellaneous

Preparation of planned & as-built G.A. drawings and Single Line Diagrams (SLD) of the proposed Electrical power distribution system of Main building from the sending end Sub-stations to the receiving end main panels of the building and from the main panel upto the TPN DB level mentioning their cable sizes at different levels and the drawings to be made in Autocad software in standard symbols and to be presented both in softcopies and hardcopies (6 copies of each set of drawing) in A1 sheets as per direction of the EIC.

Marking of identification number/nomenclature of ACB/Main switch/ VTPN/ HTPN/ SPN DB/ Starters etc after installation by suitable size identification plate or painted block letter matters as per direction of the EIC.

Hiring of 500 KVA Silent DG Set.

Hiring of Temporary Panel consisting of 630A SFU as incoming, 800A BBC and 2 x 400A SFU as outgoing.

Operation of 500/ 250 KVA Silent DG Set by skilled manpower for 8 hours.

Supply and pouring of Diesel including transportation upto worksite.

Withdrawing existing different sizes 1.1 K.V Grade 4/3.5 core PVC / XLPE cable from existing under ground trench very carefully one by one and shifting the above cable in proposed masonery cable trench incl. S & F MS clamps as required and mending by cavation of earth soil to original finish as per direction of EIC as follows.

Dismantling & taking out existing old unnecessary LT panels very carefully after complete commissioning of the new panels from corridors of diffrent floors of Main Block after duly testing & disconnection of all sources of power one by one and shifting the panels to designated location in the campus of SSKM Hospital incl mending good the damages to original finish as per direction of EIC.

Terms and condition

The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them. Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules
