SH-A : Illumination & Decoration Works Illumination / Decoration of terminal building & associated areas for display on the specified day with fairy LED lights (approximately 10 mtrs. Length in each roll) on rent basis, including installation, testing, dismantling, transportation etc. complete as required as per special condition & direction of EIC.

Illumination / Decoration of terminal building & associated areas for display on the specified day with multicolored LED PAR lights along with necessary colour changing device (with coverage up to 8 to10 mtrs high columns) on rent basis including installation, testing, dismantling, transportation etc. complete as required as per special condition & direction of EIC.

Illumination / Decoration of terminal building & associated areas for display on the specified day with Diya lights (lights in fiber / soil diya approx. two diyas per meter) on rent basis, including installation, testing, dismantling, transportation etc. complete as required as per special condition & direction of EIC.

Decoration by making tri-colour drapes at terminal building canopy (in semi-circle shape of radius approx. 5 feet along with decorative flower) with shining/bright appearance cloths of three different Colours (National Flag Colour)( Rental charges shall be quoted for the running length of the canopy / fascia decorated).

Decoration with cloth with shining/bright appearance cloths (of width approx. 3 feet ) of different colors as approved by the AAI (Rental charges shall be quoted for the running length).

Illumination / Decoration of LED strip lights on rent basis, including installation, testing, dismantling, transportation etc. complete as required as per special condition & direction of EIC.

SH -B :Decoration with Art & Craft Works Decoration with creation of theme based 3-D replicas/tableau (on approx. 100 sq. feet area) on Dev. Diwali /Varanasi Ghats /republic day /Independence day/tourist places / deepawali etc. with card board /ply, paper, soil & thermocol sheet etc. Including installation, testing, dismantling, removal from site, transportation etc. complete as required as per special condition & direction of EIC.

Decoration & providing Santa Clause dummy made of fiber /plastic in 3-D view of approx. height of 5 feet or more along with inflatable Santa clause Snowman ELK outdoor complete as required as per special condition & direction of EIC and handover to AAI store.

Decoration & providing of Christmas Tree approx. 10 to 12 feet Height ,approx. 5feet base dia, made of fiber/plastic & metal etc. decorated with light ,balls, bells, stars made of papers /metals, cottons & decorated dummy gift boxes etc. including installation, testing, dismantling, removal from site, transportation etc. complete as required as per special condition & direction of EIC.

Rental charges by deploying 01 skilled and 01 unskilled manpower per day extension for displaying and maintaining above illumination & decoration provided against above items (i.e. Item No. 1 to 06 ) on event/ occasion basis extended beyond the specified day (extension of maximum up to 07 days only).

Providing professional sound system with cordless mike with mixer of JBL/ equivalent speaker minimum 06 mike for the male female singers and other musician to carry out the program on per day rent basis as per tender specification, terms and condition and as per special condition & direction of EIC.

Hiring and necessary fixing arrangement for tent house materials like walling on truss with white cloth during VVIP movements for facilitation for receiving guests, in front of VIP lounge, OTB (Air side) on different occasion as per special condition & direction complete satisfaction of EIC.

Hiring and necessary fixing arrangement for tent house materials(Mat-Green & red carpet) during VVIP movements for facilitation for receive guests, in front of VIP lounge, OTB (Air side) on different occasion as per special condition & direction of EIC.

Hiring and necessary fixing arrangement for tent house materials during VVIP movements for facilitation for receiving guests, in front of VIP lounge, OTB (Air side ) as per direction and complete satisfaction of EIC. Ceiling cloth on different occasion as per special condition & direction of EIC.

Hiring of chair on per day rent basis for seating arrangement of additional passenger/guest on different event etc. complete as required at LBSI Airport Varanasi.

Hiring wooden Plateform ( chauki)of 12 feet x 12 feet stage along with decoration of stage by providing decorative carpet on stage and cloth flower on edge of stage and podium to carry out the program on rent basis as per special condition & direction of EIC.
