Demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position in sunken floor and roof slab padding & like etc including removal of debris outside MD land and dumping ground will be sorted out by contractor at their own arrangement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for provide PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (Using 12.5mm size graded stone aggregate) of uniform thickness of 50mm in two layers of 25mm thickness each with and including chicken wire mess of 0.91mm dia, 12x12mm aperture, laid between two layers as in PCC padding in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded and chamfered on edges and on chajjas laid over RCC surface shall be finished even and smooth without using extra cement but including with false groove at 300x330mm centre to centre, laid in slope including mixed with necessary water proofing chemicals complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, walls, chhajjas etc, shall be carried out as specified below including removing of existing bitumenous tarfelt including cement screed bed and clean the surface with wire brush and washing with water to achieve the original surface of slab including removing of bitumen primer applied on slab complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with and including following provisions:- Note-Work shall be executed at 3rd floor top therefore necessary cost of safty precaution materials and scaffolding shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates (a) Preparing plastered surfaces of roof slab, walls, chhajjas etc, by brooming with broom sweeping free from dirt dust etc & evenly applying a coat of ShaliTex primer (solvent based bituminous primer) conforms to IS: 3384-1986 coat of ShaliTex primer @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm shall be applied on the prepared and cleaned roof surface and parapet. Ensure not to apply when temperature is less than 5° C or during foggy period. Primer shall be allowed to dry for overnight.

Item no.03 contd.... (b) Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene polymer) 3mm thick SuperThermolay Spun bonded non woven polyester reinforced APP modified water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non woven polyester matt weight not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm manufactured by STP Ltd. The laying of membrane with a 75 mm longitudinal and 100mm transverse direction overlap shall be provided and laid using LPG torch and sealing all joints etc complete. (c) Finally applying a coat of Super Silver Shield confirmed to IS: solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 ltr/Sqm on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make: STP Ltd or equivalent in Supremo/ pidilite / fosroc ) Note : i) Work should be done by STP Ltd (OEM) / fosroc /Pidilite / Suprimo (OEM) respective applicator & work should be able to furnish stagewise on site technical reports from concerned company technologist during currency of work and entire completion of work. ii) Contractor shall submitt 10 years OEM guaranttee for water proof treatment.

M&L for pruning of vegetation and plants on the external wall / roof top surfaces (dia not exc.3 inch) and applying Hydrochloric acid on the left over root portion and making good distrubed portion with cm 1:4 or PCC 1:2:4, grouting and finished with and incluidng two coats of cement base paint to match the existing colour shade, etc. complete all as directed. Note:- The cost of necessary scaffolding upto G+3 shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rates. (ii). Pruning of one plant (Dia of trunk not exceeding 3 inchs) including removing surroundings vegetations and making good disturbed surfaces by applying above mentioned provisions & treatments will be measured as "One Job"

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel iron of any description not otherwise provide for, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rolled mild steel section conforming to grade E-165 (Fe-290) framed work as in door or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates rails , braces, etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging, fastening, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing water storage tanks of any capacity not exc. 1000 ltrs and setting aside or lowered if required, and re-fixing in the same position after carryout necessary roof treatment work including necessary fittings like float valve, tank nipple and GI pipes (if any required), complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Necessary temporary arrangement for water supply during roof treatment work shall be done by the contractor at his own cost.

S&F in repairs waste coupling of PTMT (half or full threaded) 32mm suitable for kitchen sink (Minimum weight 25 Grams) , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC unplasticised PVC waste pipe 32mm bore having 90 Cm length suitable for whb / kitchen sinks, complete all as directed.

Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing galvanised steel tubing medium grade with all fitting such as bends, elbow, socket, reducer etc and fixed to wall, ceiling or laid in floor including taking up or down of old steel water tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or remove from site, complete all as specified and directed for following size of pipes :- (a). 15mm bore
