Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer to new wooden surface including preparation of surfaces exceeding 10cm with or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube and fixing in opening as specified and directed.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails. Material and labour for cleaning surface of sunken portion taking out existing material wall/bottom and applying cement slurry @1.2 Kg per Sqm and applying 15 mm thick cement plastred in CM 1:3 finished even and fair using extra cement and applying two coat of acrylic polymer modified cementious slurry as per manufactureas instruction to make the surface leak proof complete all as specified and directed.

(a) Supply only Fiber reinforced PVC nylon pipe heavy duty size 450 mm long 15mm bore with brass coupling chromium plated with rubber washers as both ends as per IS.-01 Nos (b) Supply only Flexible chromium plated connection pipe size 450 mm long 15 mm bore with brass chromium plates coupling suitable for geyser any capacity-01 Nos

Disconnecting, taking down ceiling fan from existing place and refxing the same after replacement of rubber bush, canopy,capacitor 2.5 ,mfd, clip incl greasing/oiling incl painting one coat of synthetic elament paint after preperation of surface as per specified incl replacement of unserviceable suitable size 3 core copper cable from ceiling rose to connector of fan etc and writing the MES No complete as specified and directed by EIC.

Taking down carefully exhaust fan any sweep and make, dismantling of blades, frame and opening and examining fan motor, cleaning of dust/.dirt of fan, cleaning and greasing of ball bearing and bushes with fresh oil and best quality of grease respectively, including applying synthetic enamel paint to achieve glossy finish approved coloured as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and marking MES No with black paint and reassembling of complete fan and re-fixing in its original location making connection with replacement of rubber real insulator,split pin,nut,bolt, washer, 3 core flexible cable from connector to ceiling rose and testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.00 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised steel earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, chock, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel including PCC Pit in 1:2:4 type B-1 angle iron frame with RCC cover and handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm bore with funnel and wire mesh and light grade GI protection pipe 15mm bore upto main board complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch 2009 (Part I) connected to main control board as specified and testing completion complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The unit rate includes GI pipe up to 7.5m for protection of earth lead. For any additional length the same shall be adjusted through deviation order. (ii) The unit rate includes main earthing lead/strip from earth electrode to test point up to 7.5 meter (iii) In case measured value of earth resistance is recorded more than 1.0 ohms then the earthing shall be re done by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

Excavation in trenches, n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5m depth and getting out in for foundation of pole,stay,laying of cable and pipe in any type of soil etc all as specified and directed

Returing, filling in incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm thick after laying of the cables,jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 m & depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches spreading and consolidation 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm of the sand after laying the cable but will be measured 18 cm after punning etc complete as specified and directed.

M&L for laying of bricks well burnt sub class B (old pattern) laid flat for cable protection width equal to the length of bricks complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing galvanised iron tube ` light grade' for protection of copper strip at wall and duct/road/trench for 40 mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation. Complete all as specified and direction by Engr-in-Charge.

Sewage Disposal

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick using excavated soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone / boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Precast cast RCC manhole cover of any descreption set in Cement mortar including removal of debries, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone wall / ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up 150 mm dia bore salt glazed stone were drain pipe including PCC packing under hunching against the sides of pipe bed and complete PCC bedding and removal of debries all specified and directed.

S&F 150 mm bore, HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipe in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches for sewage pipe complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Concrete bed to 150 mm bore drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid in cement concret 1:3:6 (Nominal mix) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate and tested, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cutting & removing 150 / 200 mm dia drain pipe from existing manhole and inserting new drain pipe of dia 150 / 200 mm, making good disturbed surface & benching with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 20 above here-in-before but except bricks. Note:- Old brick retrieved vide item No 04 above shall be reused.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in benching /coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles as directed including form work and finishing all exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on brick masonary wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing only intergral water proofing compound in the proportion as mentioned in manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved manufacturer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in cover slab for soakage well / manhole and similar works supported on walls and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Reinforcement steel will be measured & paid separately

M&L for TMT steel bars 6 mm to 08 mm dia in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia all as specified. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for TMT steel bars 8 mm to 10 mm dia in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia all as specified. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning HDPE Septic tank of size 2000 mm dia and 2250 mm height, with 115 mm dia inlet pipe and supply & fix 160 mm dia PVC(SWR) pipe of length 2 m for connecting septic tank to soakage Pit & 50 mm dia vent pipe, fixed in position and connection with inlet, outlet & vent pipe as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Sintex Model No CCST-500-01 or equivalent model No of make Comfert polymers, or make approved by GE. Note:- Excavation, Earthwork and returning filling with sand will be measured & paid separately.

M&L for Soakage well in soft / loose soil, PCC 1:3:6 in foundation, 150 mm thick, wells of Honey combed brick work with Cement Mortar 1:4 with using sub class ‘B’ old size brick, PCC bend using 1:2:4 concrete at every 1.00m Ht, 115mm thickness of brick work should be increased at every 0.75m depth and filling brick bats in the wall upto 2.00 height and provide RCC slab 100mm thick of M-25 grade concrete including intercepting / Screen chamber, complete size 3.50m dia and 4.00m depth (100 users) complete all as specified in TD-CE/AF/STD-15/2000 Sheet No 1/2 and 2/2 dated 05 Jan 2000.
