Design/Motorization of 04 No’s Head Regulator gates hoist lifting mechanism along with electromechanical works at Ujh Barrage,Kathua.(Design, Fabrication, Providing, Fitting, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Motorization of Head Regulator Gates Hoists lifting mechanism along with allied electro-mechanical works at Ujh Barrage, Kathua)(As per scope of work of SBD Annexure C)(04 no gates)a) Design, Fabrication, Providing, Fitting, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Rehabilitation/ Motorization of Head Regulator Gates Hoists lifting mechanism along with allied electro-mechanical works at the proposed site. Job involves disassembling of existing manual hoist mechanism of each winch machine including floating shaft and other components by way of manual labour, tools, tackles etc. Fabrication, Providing and fitting of shaft of desired length and diameter in each hoist mechanism of head regulator gates along with other allied accessories. Providing and fitting of 04 No. motors of capacity up to 3 HP (3 phase, CE & ISI Mark, of specifications 415V ± 10%, 50Hz ± 5% provided with F class insulation) of standard reputed make. Providing and fitting of 04 No. Gear reduction mechanism of Worm gear type of standard reputed make (conforming to relevant IS codes) which must be compatible with the capacity of motor in terms of operation and designed in such a way that it must meet the criteria of required final optimum speed of gate, with which it has to be moved during operation. Providing and fitting of 04 No. Electromagnetic Brake mechanism, spring loaded type with suitable drum diameter and desired Brake Torque rating of standard reputed make (conforming to relevant IS codes) which must be compatible with the capacity of motor in terms of operation. Job also includes assembling of each motor, gear reduction mechanism, electromagnetic brake mechanism with suitable size couplings, nuts, screws, bolts and other allied accessories along with all the electrical connections. Fabrication, Providing and fitting of suitable size platform using MS sheet, angle iron and installed at a suitable location on each winch machine for mounting of entire assembly including motor, gear reduction mechanism, electromagnetic brake mechanism as per site requirement. Job also includes Design, Providing and Fitting of suitable size chain drive/belt & pulley mechanism on each winch machine to provide the drive from motor through gear reduction mechanism to the shaft of winch machine for its operation. Providing/Fitting of 01-No., 100A 415 V Changeover switch, 01. No 100A 415V MCCB, along with other necessary accessories to be installed in the control room. Job includes Providing/Fitting of 4 No double door Control panel and each panel includes 01 No. MCB of suitable capacity as per load, contactors (up and down movement), protection relays, indicators, push buttons and other allied accessories. Job also includes installation of all 04 No. panels on a fabricated structure (Angle iron + MS sheet) at suitable location near winch machines. Providing and laying of Single core/3½ core Aluminum cable of any reputed make conforming to IS codes and single core/3-core copper cable of suitable length and size as per actual site conditions for connecting the electrical equipments.Job includes standard earthing of all electrical equipments. Job includes providing and fitting of canopy/cover on each unit, control panel or wherever required for all weather protection of machines for their smooth operation. Complete job includeslabour charges (skilled, semi-skilled), hire charges for the machinery and other tools and tackles required for the execution of job along with the cost of material including transportation charges besides charges of installation and taxes as applicable. b)Repair/ Strengthening of 04 No. HR gates in such a way that it must be compatible with the motorized hoist mechanism. Job includes Lubrication/greasing of Hoisting drum of H.R gates and intake gate, alignment of rope drums. Providing/applying cardium compound to the steel wire rope falls by way of removing dirt, dust and rust from the rope falls with the help of wire brush and cleaning with K-oil/thinner and also zincing to U-clamp of rope socket.Job also includes providing and fitting of bearings and bushes to the Plummer block of floating shaft of head regulator gates wherever required. Job includes strengthening/repairing/up-keeping of chequred plates edges laid all over the hoisting deck of HR gates by way of chipping the cracked/weakened welded joints, wherever occurred. Brushing, cleaning the joint surface then welding the weakened joint with superior quality M.S electrodes after proper leveling the chequred plates by Providing/fitting M.S packing strips underneath the joints for leveled surface amongst the plates. Complete job includeslabour charges (skilled, semi-skilled), hire charges for the machinery and other tools and tackles required for the execution of job along with the cost of material including transportation charges besides charges of installation and taxes as applicable. c)Providing and fabricating MS flat of length 5 m at the bottom and length of 1 m at each side of HR gate No. 2 & 3. Providing and fitting of bottom rubber seal as per sample size for each gate of 5 m length and Providing and fitting of cover plate and rubber seals by punching of holes of requisite size in the rubber seal after proper adjustment and alignment. P/F of nuts, bolts and washers of requisite size to provide equal compression throughout the length to prevent leakage of water through this head regulator gate. Providing and fitting of side rubber seal as per sample size for 1 m length for each side of head regulator gate No. 2 & 3 and fitting of cover plate and rubber seals by punching of holes of requisite size in the rubber seal after proper adjustment and alignment. Providing and fitting of nuts and bolts of requisite size for providing equal compression with wall guide plate to prevent leakage of water through sides of radial gates. Job also includes strengthening of sill beam girder by way of straightening/welding then providing and filling of M25 grade concrete or better in the groove of head regulator gate no. 2. Complete job includeslabour charges (skilled, semi-skilled), hire charges for the machinery and other tools and tackles required for the execution of job along with the cost of material including transportation charges besides charges of installation and taxes as applicable. d)Surface cleaning of metal surfaces of head regulator gates by chemical cleaner and then by hand with emery paper wire brush hand power tool cleaner and removing dust including preparation of surfaces including cost of all material, labour, machinery, scaffolding etc required for the execution of job including of all kind of taxes as applicable. Painting of all head regulator gates on prepared surfaces with one coat of inorganic zinc silicate primer 70+/-5 micron and two super coats with a total thickness of 300 microns (each 150+/-5) of solventless coal tar epoxy paint including cost of all material, labour, scaffolding etc required for the execution of job including of all kind of taxes as applicable. Painting of new fabricated motorized structure, hoist structural components, hoist deck of head regulator gates, vertical and horizontal girders of monorail, side railings and other similar structure by preparing surfaces with one coats of zinc phosphate primer 40 microns per coat and followed by two coats of synthetic enamel paint 25 microns per coat including costs of all materials labour, scaffolding etc. required for the execution of job including of all kind of taxes as applicable
