Material & Labour for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.

Material & Labour for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @0.9 ltr (undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for applying two coats of oil bound distemper with one coat of primer using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over with 1mm thick plaster of paris putty over new plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. NOTES FOR ITEM NO. 55 to 59:- (a) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed by authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by GE. (b) Cost of scaffolding upto 10m height of building shall be included in the quoted rate. (c) The contractor shall upload MOU letter with any one of manufacturer and also with their authorised applicator mentioned in the tender alongwith their bid in cover-I failing which his bid will be rejected. Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10.0 sq mm 2 core.Including taking down of Old Unserviceable cable.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre deep and getting out including forming bottom surface for laying HT cable, foundations etc Complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying dry sand cushioning for UG cable protection in trenches with fine river sand 9 cm before laying cable and 9 cm deep cover after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for brick protection cover to underground cable with sub-class ‘B’ old size over burnt bricks laid dry and flat across the axis of cable, abutting each other with gaps between adjacent bricks not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing 50 mm dia GI pipe ‘light grade’ with all fittings for protection of cable laid in trenches, road crossing, drain crossing, under floor or fixed to iron structures/poles complete all as specified and directed.
