Dismantling of old steel pole / struts any type and size including demolition of concrete, foundation, necessary excavation and earth work and transportation etc.

Supply, install and errect in true vertical steel tubular swaged pole complete with MS Box plate 6 mm thick of size 300 x 300 mm finial taper plug, cap, bolt, nuts washers & screws as specified type 410-SP-31 (9 mtr long) Made out of ERW MS tubing confirming to IS-2713 Part II including drilling holes of required size for fixing cables etc painting with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer for exposed surface and two coat of black bituminious paint for the portion embeded in concerete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Demolition of PCC of any description above/below ground level exceeding 15cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for pole / struts foundation etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping including necessary form work and fair finishing of exposed surface of concrete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross arms, MS Channel or angle Chain link fencing section etc complete including dismantling of nut, bolts and washers all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cross arms. Bracings, support channel, backpate hooks etc fabricated from structural steel, sections (MS Channel) of required size and shape including nuts, bolts,washers, welding, bending , cutting cold or hot, drilling holes for inserting bolts as indicated and directed including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of silver aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply Only Chain Link MS galvanised fencing any size or type.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complte all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for angle iron posts of size 40x40x6mm for chain link fencing, with holes drilled and grouting in the foundation concrete all as directed (Fe 410W) Quality A complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Note : Concrete for foundatin measured seperately under relevant item.

Taking down written shut down from concerned JE/AGE (E/M) for trimming of tree branches touching to the LT/HT over head line or near to the LT/HT over head line as per the direction of AGE E/M/JE incharge complete including removing the tree branches from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge. Note :(i) Span from one pole to next pole (30 to 50 RM) will be considered as a one Job (ii) Any damage cause due to contractormen will be rectified without any extra payment (iii) T & P such as ladder, rope, cutter, Axes and other related material for safety of Manpower will be provided by the contractor.

Cleaning/clearing of vegitation around the installations and disposing off as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repairs to LT panel boards complete with necessary welding works to doors, replacement of unserviceable hinges and all drop bolt, dismantling all cables, replacing insulation sleeves of busbar as per colour code, replacing cable lugs connecting using new bolts, nut, bolts & washers and replacing damaged cable glands complete including painting of all indoor and outdoor panels with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved color internally and externally all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of surfaces for LT pole painting by scrapping damaged paint and painting with two coats of silver aluminium paint and writing pole No with black paint on yellow circuit all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs, Digital type Voltmeter 0-500 volt, complete with necessary fixing all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make - L&T CP No WDS301FEV00 or equivalent make of HPL/Legrand as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in repairs, ammeter 0-250 amps, Digital type, with CT operated complete with necessary fixing all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make - L&T CP No WDS301FCA00 or equivalent make of HPL/Legrand as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in repairs indicator lamp (Red, Yellow, Blue) complete with necessary fixing all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make - L&T/Legrand/ Hager as approved by GE.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning in renewal of outdoor type cubical panel board of size (1.2 x 1 x .75 mtr) suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz and type tested at CPRI at 415 Volt factory fabricated in an approved factory having modern fabrication process powder coated in approved shard having thickness not less than 100 mircrons provided with suitable gasket to make it dust /vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS 8623793 comprising of the following :- OUTER SHELL : The outer shell shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA Sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6mm frame, factory fabricated with front and back openable double door system locable / openable by keys from both side having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air. The bottom of the outer shell contains a ditachable plate having provn for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The dimension of the shell should be adequate to accomodate inner shell described below giving minimum 75 mm space all round. Provision o threaded earthing stud at bottom & lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made. The degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP-54. INNER SHELL : Inner shell shall be made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each control gears, front & back openable single door system by keys. To accomodate incomer / outgoing MCCBs and TPN Aluminium busbar of rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB. The TPN busbar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size 'F' class insulators.

S & F in replacement of off load change over switch in sheet enclouser , 415 Volt, 50 Hz , 200 Amps 4 pole with side handle with all accessories. Make: Havells Cat No. IHBFFE0200 or equivalent make of Legrand/HPL as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing Aluminium bus bar of adequate capacity and size as per requirement at site complete including colour coding sleeves all as per specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L in replacement Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to the GI strip 25 x 4mm, by means nut bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of the GI Earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm incl provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregated with 40 mm thick cover with RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25mm X 25 mm X 3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, taste point made out of phosphorus bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding than 50 mtr, all as per electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009 and connection to earth test point all as specified incl testing on completion”.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable MCCB TP/TPN four pole from existing LT panel board and supply and fix MCCB TPN 63 amps capacity, rup capacity 25 KA at 415 volt 50 Hz AC supply including necessary modification in panel board if required to fix the MCCB complete with replacement of incoming and out going cable connection with lugs, aluminium conductor cable of proper size, nuts bolts all as directed.replacement of brunt lugs and wire/cable pieces etc as required at site. Make : Siemens /Havells /HPL as approved by GE.

(b) Indication lamp 22.5 mm dia LED type, 240 Volts AC at the incommer of the unit to show 3 phase availability. (MAKE : ABB/BCH/L&T/SIEMENS/GE/HAVELLS/C&S/MINILEC or CPRI approved) Note : Drawing for the panels to be approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge before ordering to manufacturer.

S & F in replacement of PVC weather proof, hinged door, junction box with, 240V, Neutral link, three phase connector and 1No MCB SP of 6 Amps, necessary fixing arrangement such as clamps, nut, bolts, etc including dismantling old unservieable junction box all as specified and directed. Make : Sintex Cat No. GSJB 2520 or eqiuvalent make of Hensal/National as approved by GE.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for taking out pipe line etc for repairs / laying cables etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Removal of excavated material [soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Material and labour for clean dry sand in trenches/ducts for cushoning to cable complete all as specified.(Punned thickness shall be measured)

Supplying and laying Bricks; common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class ‘B’ designation 75 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Disconnecting & taking out cable LT 1100V grade any size complete all as specified.

Supply, fixing and laying in trenches or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 Volts grade heavy duty LT UG cable, 3.5 Core 95 Sqmm with XLPE insulated stranded Aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape, Armoured with galvanised steel wire and overall sheathed including cable gland, lugs, jointing material etc, jointing, connecting, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC / RCC shall deemed to include the cost of form work, shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work.
