Charges for dismantling and fixing of new MS pipes 250/200/150 NB pipes in ECO & APH hopper ash disposal line from 0 mtr to 22 mtr elevation including cost of consumables T&P hire charges.

Charges for fabrication of 200/150 NB 90˚/45˚ Bends/Tee/spool piece/ reducer as per site condition including cost of consumables T&P hire charges.

Charges for fabrication of 100/80 NB 90˚/45˚ Bends/Tee/spool piece/ reducer as per site condition including cost of consumables T&P hire charges.

Charges for fabrication of 250/200/150 NB MS flange out of 16/25mm thick MS plate including cost of consumables T&P hire charges.

Charges for fabrication of 100/80 NB MS flange out of 12/16mm thick MS plate including cost of consumables T&P hire charges.

Charges for erection of 250/200/150 NB MS flanges with fabricated Tee/ bends/ spool piece and grinding the welded portion to facilitate for rubber lining work including cost of consumables T&P hire charges.

Charges for erection of 100/80 NB MS flanges with fabricated Tee/ bends/ spool piece and grinding the welded portion to facilitate for rubber lining work including cost of consumables T&P hire charges.

Charges for changing worn-out 90˚ or 45˚ bend /tee/reducer out of 150/100NB as per site condition in APH and ECO hopper including cost of consumables T&P hire charges.

Charges for attending any leakage in APH/ECO hopper ash disposal system including cost of consumables T&P hire charges.

Charges for replacing/ overhauling the wornout 300/250/200 NB plate/gate/butterfly valves including cost of consumables T&P hire charges.

Charges for replacing /overhauling the wornout 150/100NB plate/gate/butterfly valves including cost of consumables T&P hire charges.

Charges for dismantling of worn-out expansion bellow, M.S sleeve and assembling of same (or) new expansion bellow and sleeve in APH hoppers including cost of consumables T&P hire charges.

Charges for replacing /reconditioning of worn out 300/200 NB top spool piece in APH hoppers including cost of consumables T&P hire charges.

Charges for releasing ash choke in 40/50 NB valves, HDPE pipes, Jetting nozzles etc., cleaning the part free from shells and reassembling the same including cost of consumables T&P hire charges.

Charges for replacing the flushing apparatus in APH including cost of consumables T&P hire charges.

Charges for dismantling the complete assembly of modified ECO hopper flushing apparatus with sealing assembly in ECO hopper at height of 22mtr EL by leading and re-erection of the same/new including cost of consumables T&P hire charges.

Charges for releasing ash choke in APH/ECO hopper flushing apparatus including cost of consumables T&P hire charges.

Charges for releasing choke in 200NB ash slurry disposal line in ECO/APH hoppers including cost of consumables T&P hire charges.

Charges for releasing accumulated ash choke in spool piece, adopter, expansion bellow and MS.sleeve including cost of consumables T&P hire charges.

Charges for cutting and dismantling the existing wornout structurals supports from ECO & APH hoppers and transporting the same to stores for devolution and fabrication and erection of structuals supports including cost of consumables T&P hire charges.

Charges for monitoring and empting the ECO/APH hoppers ash disposal system by operating the related valves, hammering the spool piece, flushing apparatus and cleaning the ECO hopper collecting tray and releasing choke in ECO/APH jetting nozzle, freeness checking & greasing the plate valves to meet out the Emergencies in the system including cost of consumables T&P hire charges etc as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Charges for renewal of failed gasket in ECO and APH hopper sea water pipe lines without affecting the system as per site condition including cost of consumables T&P hire charges.
