Taking down chowkhat or frame (wooden/steel) exceeding 1.50 Sqm not exceeding 4.0 Sqm each with shutter (with out taking off shutters from the frame) all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made 35mm thick Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); all as specified and directed.

Petty repairs to MS window shutters n. exe 2 Sqm through cutting of existing any type of hinges, handle and tower bolt and fixing new box type hinges, MS handle and MS tower bolt the same window by welding and with minor repair and easying and adjustment/aligment to openable with accessories if requred any ( like butt hinges, handle, tower bolt, handle, peg stay etc complete ) and replacement of window glass hacking out old putty or removing beads etc, and reputtying all glass and painting/oiling puttied surface to match existing work and included taking down and refixing complete all as directed. Supply and fixing Anodized aluminiun size 605 x 605 mm snap grid frame work for false ceiling as per manufacturer instructions, with Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (up to 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long and 6mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards, fixed to sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of Aluminium/G.I./ M.S.as per specification and drawing and including dismantling old unservicable wall and celing board & including frame of any type and description, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying of 20mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and taking out steel/plastic/cpvc water tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing 15 mm/20mm dia .

M&L Ceramic wall tiles 7-8 mm thick designed , of size 300 x 450 mm in walls etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including rendering 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 including taking down existing tile and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring surface finished smooth without using extra cement, including demolition of existing cement concrete & including disposal of demolition material out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surface of wall, brooming down or steel wire brushing down smoke soot, moulds mass, efflorescent , trading, oil, greasy spots and applying one coat oil bound distemper with putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surface of wall, chajja,ceiling, balcony, facia etc., brooming down or steel wire brushing down smoke soot, moulds mass, efflorescent, trading, oil, greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) The unit quoted rate shall be inclusive of material,any height of Over Head Tank of any size and all labours, tools and plants including scaffolding required for working upto approx 15 mtr height from natural ground level and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (ii) Adoption of necessary safety arrangement like safety belts, ropes, helmets, netting etc. which are required for safety of working labour at height exceeding 3 to 25 mtr height shall be mandatary and deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

M&L for Preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall by using pressure washer, removal all dirt and dust and applying one coat of exterior emulsion weather proof paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i) Cost of scaffolding required deemed to be included in the quoted rate of item and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

M&L Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate), 75mm thick, as in plinth protection courses, top surface of concrete finished even and smooth with out using extra cement, including expansion joint 10mm thick filled with mastic filling comprising of 01 part of heated blown bitumen and 3 parts of sand including demolition existing cement concrete including disposal of demolition of material upto MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plaster rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surface as on wall finished even and smooth with thin layer and Taking down old cement plaster on brick or stone walls, or concrete walls etc., hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., including removal of rubbish off the premises complete all as per specified and directed.

M&L for cement plaster rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces with two coats i.e. (10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick finishing coat in CM 1:4) and mixed with WPC @2%, finished even and smooth without using extra cement (WPC to be measured and paid separately) and Taking down old cement plaster on brick or stone walls, or concrete walls etc., hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., including removal of rubbish off the premises complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved make all as specufied and directed.

M&L applying two coat of cement based paint over a coat of primer, including preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and applying two finishing coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed pre polished precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-40 Grade over sand cushion with grey cement and no pigment and including side kerb concrete, incl removal of old and necessary demolition and all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation and all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Providing 50mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in floor of SWT, laid to slope for further treatment with using integral water proofing compound and demolition of concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

S&F in repair galvanised two strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed wire with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised MS wire staples or steel pins etc , complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured)

Restraining and resecuring barbed wire including making good staples etc (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair of leakage/seepage from the wall/ door bend /door tee/ 'Y' junction/ 'T' Junction of soil pipe / waste pipe/ vent pipe of kitchen/ bathroom/WC of the upper Qtr or at the ground floor Qtr including change of any damaged soil waste pipes or fittings of any shape, specification and size, making good to the damaged portion of wall with brick work in cement mortar 1:6 or cement concrete 1:2:4 and plastering to wall in CM 1:4 and finished the surfaces matching to existing wall complete to avoid the leakage/ seepage at the site of work as directed and as specified.

Material and labour for dismantling the existing unserviceable gully trap including chamber and material and labour for provision of salt glazed stoneware gully tarp, square or round mouth type "P" of size 180X150mm, including setting and jointing in cement mortar 1:1 plain cement concrete base in PCC 1:2:4 type B1, brick work in cement mortar 1:4 rendering in cement mortar 1:4 all around finished even and fair using extra cement RCC cover slab in RCC type B1, 1:2:4 with 6mm dia reinforcement etc, complete all as specified and as directed Note :- An amount of Rs 97887.50 on account of credit schedule for schedule 'A' part II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
