M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 for backing coat for laying wall tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, laid bedded and pointed in any in any mortar mortar aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20- 25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 20mm thick in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Granite of 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of flooring/hard standing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 50mm thick plain cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of flooring/hard standing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 20 mm thick abrasion resistance metallic floor hardener for concrete hardener topping: After laying a concrete base of 150 mm thick, a granolithic layer of approximately 40mm is to be followed. S&F pressed steel frames made of MS sheet of 1.25mm thickness of size 105 x 60 mm for doors with single or double rebate including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, hold fasts, PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 in fillinng inside frame & hold fasts etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Distrubed protion of existing floor/ wall/ tile/ plaster etc during fixing of chowkhats shall be repaired to match with exisitng finish. Cost of the same will be included in this items.

S&F 35mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of New or previously untreated wood and wood based surfaces of any description over 10cm in girth or width and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
