Supply, fabrication, transport, and installation of Mild-Steel structural framework for architectural glazing grids, comprising main corner columns, intermediate vertical posts, horizontal runners, and door headers. The work includes precision cutting, 45° mitered jointing, continuous arc or gas welding etc. purging, grinding, and blending of joints to match the parent profile. Framework elements to be safely anchored to the floor slab/masonry beams using heavy-duty anchor fasteners, complete with internal hidden 20 x 20 x 2.0 mm equal angle rebate supports for receiving glass and decorative panels. All exposed surfaces must bear a premium uniform etc. complete as directed by Bank’s Engineer. Please refer sl no. 1 of unpriced Bid of tender Part-I Material Profiles: 100x100x3.0mm SHS & 100x50x3.0mm RHS with 20x20x2.0mm Angles or any other profile as approved by Bank’s Engineer. Note: Contractor pricing shall account for cutting / wastage allowance within the quoted unit rate. Scope of Work shall include Mild steel work for built up section, fixed framing, foundation plate 20mm thick & top plate if needed by using miscellaneous MS section like angle, Tee, Channel, flat, plate, Square / round bars, square & circular pipe, etc., Welded properly with electric arc welding including providing and fixing approved quality nut bolts / plates, etc. as per requirement, drilling holes in MS section, painting with two or more coats of first quality PU paint of approved make and shade over exposed surface and a coat of metal primer (zinc chromate) to all surfaces, etc. all complete as directed. Rate shall include the cost of primer and PU paint. Contractor shall ensure that Rate shall include anything needed to be done to execute the item and to complete the work. The material should be ISI (SAIL/ TATA etc.) marked. No extra payment shall be made to the contractor. Before submission of the tender, the contractor should understand the work and site conditions. If required 2D/3D Drawing shall be submitted by firm.

Providing and laying in position Plain Cement Concrete for base support of MS Structure with nominal mix 1 :1.5 :3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand :3 hard stone aggregate 20 mm and down grade) for any kind of work, cost of material, labour, curing, etc. all complete as directed by Bank’s Engineer. Providing and fixing in position decorative infill panels made of 3.0 mm thick CNC Laser-Cut Mild-Steel Plates. The geometric or architectural pattern must be cleanly profile-cut using an industrial fiber laser without thermal deformation, dross, or burrs. Panels shall be post-treated with a premium PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) Gold Coating / Satin Finish as per the approved architectural drawing template. Item rate includes fixing the jaali structurally onto the internal 20 x 20 x 2.0 mm MS rebate angles using countersunk stainless-steel screws or seamless tack-welds, complete with perimeter silicone dampening lines. Supply & installation of Fixed Glazing panels with fittings of Steel of approved manufacturer with glass panel having 12 mm thick clear toughened glass held together with steel wherever needed. The glass panel assembly shall be connected by means of steel brackets & Anchor bolts and non-staining weather sealants of approved make, Teflon/ nylon bushes and separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts, all complete. The joints between glass panels (6 to 8 mm) and gaps at the perimeter and any assembly to be filled with non-staining weather sealant, to make the entire system fully waterproof & dust proof. Providing, assembling, and installing a heavy-duty Commercial Pivot Entrance Door Assembly (double leaf), approx. size 5 ft x 7 ft, integrated into the main MS frame. The panel shall be made of 12 mm thick clear, heavy-duty toughened safety glass with flawless, machine-polished edges. The rate includes providing and executing a complete premium commercial-grade hardware set consisting of a concealed floor spring (≥ 500,000 cycles), top and bottom patch fittings, lockable deadbolt floor lock, offset pull H handles (min 600 mm), and high-performance EPDM gaskets and structural weather silicone on both leaf of glass door.
