Supply only Alumino Ferric (Grade 4) ‘ISI marked’ conforming to IS: 299-2012 (Revised) as anended up-to-date with additional requirements for purification of water containing Lead (as Pb) 30 parts per million, maximum and Arsenic (as As2O3) 6 parts per million, maximum complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Acuro organic Ltd / Marudhar Alums Chemicals Pvt Ltd (BIS certified) / Punjab Acids Chemicals (P) Ltd (BIS certified) Note : (i) The Alumino Ferric shall be supplied in superior quality Bricks (slabs) as per IS specifications. Manufacturers Name/Trade Mark shall be engraved on each brick (slab) in addition to marking of relevant clause of IS specification. (ii) Original test certificates of Alumic Ferric (Grade-4) lot wise shall be submitted by contractor to Engineer-in-Charge of the whole quantity and same shall be enclosed with Running Account Receipt or Final bill.

Supply only Chlorine Gas conforming to IS:646/1086 to be supplied in 100 Kg cylinders duly sealed as per following specifications as approved by GE. Chemical name : Cl2 , Molecular wt : 70.91, Specific volume : 5.405 ft²/lb, Boiling point : 29 °F, Vapor pressure : 85.3 psi, Hazard class : 2.3, 8 Chemical parameter Chlorine : 99.99 %, Oxygen : 25ppm value, Nitrogen : 45 ppm value, Carbon Monoxide : 5ppm value, Carbon diaoxide : 5ppm value, THC : 1ppm value Notes : (i) As per direction of Engineer-in-Charge the empty cylinders will be collected from store yard of AGE E/M W/S. (ii) The empty cylinders first to be checked for its leakage if any. Cylinders filled with gas (sealed) from the authorized bottler who is having licence of Chief controller of explosive and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Test certificate/Purity certificate for chlorine gas confirming to IS 646/1986 will be supplied along with gas cylinders. (iv) Cylinder shall be intact with control valve and valve safety.

S&F in replacement of control valve for chlorine gas cylinder (100 kg), confirming to IS:3224 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only calcium hypochlorite in company sealed container suitable for water treatment having chlorine content approx 65% to 70% (packed in 45 kg container) complete all as specified and directed by Engrineer-in-Charge Make:- M/S Shree Rayalaseema Hi - Strength Hypo Ltd. (Brand - Puri Chlor) or other make approved by E-in-C's Branch during currency of work. Note :- Original test certificates of calcium hypochlorite lot wise shall be submitted by contractor to Engineer-in-Charge of the whole quantity and same shall be enclosed with Running Account Receipt or Final bill.

Supply only caustic soda (sodium hyproxide) flakes, NaOH concetration 99%, freely soluble in water suitable for chlorine neutralizer in water packed in HDPE bags 25 kg / 50 kg complete all as specified and directed by Engrineer-in-Charge Note :- Original test certificates of caustic soda lot wise shall be submitted by contractor to Engineer-in-Charge of the whole quantity and same shall be enclosed with Running Account Receipt or Final bill. --------------------------------------------------------------- Note :- A sum of Rs. 6800/- will be deducted on account of credit for dismantled/ demolished / taken down material.
