M&L for dismantling of electric driven horizontal induction motor of capacity 35/40 HP of any type and make, by engaging sufficient man power and suitable T&P to ensure safety of motor including disconnecting of electric connections, dismantling of motor, taking out the burnt windings, cleaning and washing of slots and rewinding the same with copper winding wire of existing gauge and quantity (as per original manufacturer design) including replacement of all damaged parts i. e. bearings, bush, thrust plate, thrust bearing, connector plate, insulating materials such as insulating sheets insulating paper (Class "F"), sealing compounds etc and reassembling the motor after varnishing, heating/drying, greasing of moving parts etc and reinstallation of the motor in original location, checking the alignment, making proper electric connection, testing for smooth operation, complete all as directed. Note : (i) The cost of winding wire and all replaced defective parts are deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. M&L for cleaning of all condensor tubes of central AC plant by disconnecting the condensors -02 Nos from the system, cleaning by descaling pump using descaling solution of Make:-MAIC / HIBIRD or Hydrochloric acid 20%, cleaning the system through cooling tower by using descaling solution, cleaning condensor tubes by nylon brushes & mild steel rods of suitable size, renewal of suction water filter for 2x75 TR capacity plant at SCE. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- T&P such as pumps, tube etc & descaling solution etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.)
