Returning filling in, including, spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc. 25 cm all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply , laying and testing cable in repair XLPE insulated screened pvc bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured , electric power cables ( heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 4 core 16 Sqmm all as specified and directed.

Make : REX POLYEXTRUSION LTD or its equivalent as approved

S & fix repairs LT Cable joining kit straight through/end termination heat shrinkabale complete with jointing materials suitable for LT Armoured cable 4 core of size 25 to 50 Sqmm all as specified and directed. Make : Denson/3M/Raychem

Cutting of tree branches of any girth along OH lines & street light pole at a distance not less than 2 meter on either side of the pole cleaning of bushes and shrubes of any type along entire RM of pole. Cleaning /prunning should be carried out as and when required during entire running period of contract or as when directed.

Taking down and refixing after repairs of street light LED fittings/flood light fitting on pole or high mast of any type, size or at any height manually or with the help of hydraulic street light repair vehicle including replacement of damaged wire connection from kiosk box to LED fitting/high mast fittings, LED lamp, electronic driver etc. Note :- 1. Contractor is responsible to arrange electronic driver for unsv fitting as per existing make and capacity. 2. Electronic driver will be paid seperately. 3. Ladder alongwith vehicle will be borne by Contractor and same will be included in quoting rate.

S&F in replacement street light bracket made out of GI pipe medium grade 32 mm bore approx length not less than 120 cm bent to shape including new clamps made of MS flat of size 40x5 mm thick including cutting, welding, drilling holes, nut, bolts washers etc including two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on MS work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement fabrication of Kiosk box made out of fibre material complete with TPN ,aluminium bus and suitable for one number MCB (SP) including one No MCB (SP) 6 Amps 240 volts with glands for incoming & out going cable including fixing of flat iron clamps of size on PCC/Steel tubular pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement fabrication of Kiosk box made out of fibre material complete with SPN ,aluminium bus and suitable for one number MCB (SP) including one No MCB (SP) 6 Amps 240 volts with glands for incoming & out going cable including fixing of flat iron clamps of size on PCC/Steel tubular pole complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of old broken ACSR with aluminium conductor steel reinforced streching without kinks / bends and binding with insulators on street poles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for replacement of old cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed inclusive of one primer coat, one under and one finishing coat of aluminium paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of GI Pipe Light grade with all connected accessories of sizes 40 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Clamps nut bolts saddle etc will be paid & measured seperately.

Dismantling and removing and setting aside with CME areas PCC poles any type/size by breaking PCC foundation after disconnecting electrical connection incl site clearance complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for steel swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taperplug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.00 metres long) and including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel aluminum paint over a coat of primer including preparation of new surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete type D-2 , 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm grade stone aggregate) as in coping, finished even and fair, including necessary from work all as specified and directed at site.

Material & Labour for surface cleaning of steel tubular poles upto 11 Mtr height including removing rusted particles and painting with one coat of aluminium paint including cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps, eye hooks, security light bracket, clamp etc incl painting on coping with cement base white paint complete all as directed. Note: (i) The quoted rate shall includes marking of numbers on each pole as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The quoted rates shall including the reapiring of coping with cement mortar / PCC as required.

Material & Labour for preparation of surface of PCC pole and applying cement based paint for PCC pole upto 11 mtr height including painting with one coat of aluminium paint incl cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps, eye hooks, security light bracket, clamp etc incl painting on coping with cement base paint complete all as directed. Note: (i) The quoted rate shall includes marking of numbers on each LT pole as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The quoted rates shall including the repairing of coping with PCC/ cement mortar as required.

Material & Labour for replacement of old UNSV MCCB of any type/capacity with new MCCB FP 32 Amps 415 AC, 50 Hz, 25kA thermal magnetic release adjustable type complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for replacement of old UNSV MCCB of any type/capacity with new MCCB FP 63 Amps 415 AC, 50 Hz, 25kA thermal magnetic release adjustable type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unsv timer switches and S & F of Automatic street light control with infrared sensor based NATURE SWITCH and VOLTAGE MONITORING SYSTEM (VMS) Three phase load of 8 KW for automation of street lights. Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural light Lux level. Required illuminance level for switching ON is < 30 Lux and for switching OFF > 10 Lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 hrs. to max. 12 hrs. VMS should have adjustable over & under Voltage trip level and protection against phase loss, Neutral loss & Phase reverse incl Power contactors (3 nos of capacity 25 amps per phase each) and incoming (3 nos of capacity 32 amps each)- outgoing MCB (3 nos of capacity 32 amps each) & main load circuit wiring (Copper) of minimum 10 sqmm. The sensor, VSM, Power contactor, MCBs incl connected items should be enclosed in a Pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box conforming to IP54. The circuit should also have provision for manual operation (i.e. sensor & VMS By-Pass option). Model Swadeep- 02EC8kW3P-VMS or equivalent in Schneider/Havells/Legrand

M&L for fault detection in damaged UG cables using cable fault detector/locator, vehicle mounted to accuracy of 2m for various locations inside CME for UG cables of any size & any type upto 1.1 KV grade including excavation & earthwork in any type of strata of size 4x2x0.6m to visually inspect/repair the damaged cable when and where directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of LT Panel or Street light Panel covered by dust and other deposited materials by cleaning from Panel of Size upto 100 X 100 X 50 cm including Repair of panel door, hinged nut, bolts clamp etc .painting with one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with 600x600x6mm GI earth plate electrode buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate at a depth of not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to and including GI earth lead of 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts and check nuts and washers to the extent of 7.5 metres as earthing lead and connecting to the eqpt/machinery etc. incl charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate in alternate layer in the earth pit all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I-2009 including chamber made up of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 with M.S. angle iron frame, C.I. Cover, 20mm dia light grade G.I pipe from top edge of the earth plate upto M.S. funnel with wire mesh provided inside the concrete earth pit for watering arrangement incl excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete including taking down old unservieable earthing all as specified and directed. Note :- GI lead more than 7.5 mtr will be measured and paid separately.
