Surface excavation no t exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil by using mechanical means complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 mtr. above the starting point complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rolling and consolidation of formation surfaces in cutting to required camber and gradient with power roller exc 8 tonnes n. exc 12 tonnes complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 200mm thick (Spread thickness ) soling with broken boulders (size 100 to 50mm) or quarried stone spread and leveled interstice filled, surface formed and rolled with 8 tonnes to 12 tonnes power roller required gradient or camber complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 150mm thick consolidated thickness WMM with course stone aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm) or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size) of granite trap or basalt spread, watered and rolled with 8 tonnes to 12 tonnes power roller for required gradient and camber complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparing WMM surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. Material and labour for for Applying evenly a tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG-10/Bitumen emulsion at the rate of 5Kg per 10 Sqm of road surface and Material and labour for for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder ( use of binder as bitumen of grade VG-30) content by weight of total mix, by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required smooth surface, camber and gradient complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Applying evenly a tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG-10/ Bitumen emulsion at the rate of 10Kg per 10 Sqm of road surface complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cast in situ cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in solid blocks (Kerb stone) exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation over area in hard / dense / rocky soil n exe 1.5 meters deep and getting out in any type of Soil complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for MS Work as in crash barrier /compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including MS beams, W beam, channels, lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc as required and fixed with M-16 bolts as per IRC direction/ manufacturer instruction or complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for for cement concrete 1:2:4 (20mm aggregate) type B-1 as in Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete for post holes etc complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Overhead informatory road signage and boards of 1200 X 900 mm height of 2900 mm(2000 mm above GL & 900mm Deep), made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTMD-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry,Post hole and PCC of 1:2:4, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings/the aluminium sheet to be riveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4 mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No. 50x50 mm square post made of M.S. angle 50x50x4 mm, 4 m long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement .Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat in all respects complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2 to 2.5 mm thick centre lines,stop lines,dashes arrows etc and the like n exc 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint incl. glass beads of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturer instructions or complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of uper bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd as per manufactures instructions or complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing solar dealineator light mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of concave mirror (as per requirement) of dia 600 mm dia fixed with frame or on pole and fixed in PCC 1:2:4 block size 300X300X450 mm deep incl earth work complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
