Provision of Operational Area Signage at Patna Airport

Supply of LED strip to replace defective LED strip of Operational area signages of size 700mmX20mm having 11 nos. Osram make LED of 0.5 W and 2 pin male & female connector with min Lux level of 100 Lumens/ Watt, complete as required and as per direction of EIC.

Replacement (including removal existing polycarboante board with incripted vinyl film and fixing of new polycarbonate board with incripted vinyl film at site) )of existing of defective and faded coloured vinyl film pasted on upper surface of poly carbonate sheet (including polycarbonate sheet of 4 mm thickness with glare free face) of existing Operational area signage board at site with required inscription as per ICAO Annex.14 (Legends as approved by Engineer in charge)and as directed by EIC.

Supply of 25 W LED Driver for Airfield signage suitable to convert the constant current airfield circuit to LED signage lighting. Make: Nasu Systems or Equivalent Model: LED/6.6/600V25. complete etc as and as required and per direction of EIC.

SITC of LED Sign Board (SNI sign board of box size 600mmX500mm and WGS coordinate Sign board of box size1000mmX500mm )for stand number visible from required directions and co-ordinates of stand visible from front as per ICAO Annex.14 (Legends as approved by Engineer in charge ) made out of anodized 2 mm thick Aluminium frame with suitable angle support with 1.5 mm thick Al. back cover, 4 mm thick polycarbonate sheet with glare free face, the letter & symbol should be screen printed on inside of sign face made of self-adhesive film of 3M applied on the inside face with required colouring, suitable arrangement shall be made for water tightness & locking arrangement including installation on the existing A-VDGS pole. Signboard shall be uniformly internally illuminated with LED lights to achieve illumination level to be fed power supply of 220V , 50 HZfrom nearby A-VDGS pole including necessary wiring etc. complete as required and as per specifications.
