Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-20 (Nominal Mix) (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement will be measured & paid seperately.

M&L for precast reinforced cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab of drain, etc and set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary form, moulds, etc complete all as specified and as directed. S&F in repairs 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) soil, waste and vent pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in floors or trenches etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes type 'B' 110mm bore, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls using MS holder bat, fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) branch piece single (single Y) 110mm bore with access door complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs for 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out liquid/solid content from manhole/sump/septic tank of any size any depth by super succer machine or high pressure pump, cleaning throughly including disposal of liquid/solid content out of the Cantt Area and covering with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Attending of complaint by covering the following items of work :- (a) Cleaning and clearing of blocked sewage line different dia including manhole by mechanical device like super sucker machine, high pressure jetting machine/gantry machine, taking out the muck, mud and other debris from inside the sewage line/manholes, removing debris to a distance exceeding 200m and not exceeding 250m and covering same with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick including excavation of pit soft/loose soil for depositing substances obtained from manhole/sewage pipe line complete all as specified and as directed. (b) Cleaning and clearing of blocked IWCs and EWCs to sewage line upto 1st manholesby mechanical device like super sucker machine, high pressure jetting machine/gantry machine, and taking out the muck, mud and other debris from WCs and sewage line cleaning with fresh water and removing debris upto a distance exceeding 200m and not exceeding 250n and covering same with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. (c) Cleaning and clearing of blocked chocked floor trap in kitchen and bathrooms including gully trap, the waste water line connection etc by mechanical device like super sucker machine, high pressure jetting machine/gantry machine, and taking out the debris to a distance exceeding 200m and not exceeding 250m and covering same with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick complete and drain out the floors taps, gully traps waste pipe and soil pipe with fresh water etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Adequate number of worksmen shall be deployed as and when complain received for immediate execution. If any complaint not attend by the contractor within a day then a sum of Rs. 50.00 will be recovered against per complain per day from the contractor. (ii) Rate quoted above shall be deemed to including the cost of adequate T&P, equipment, safety devices etc.

S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan, 'Orissa' pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rest and 'P' or 'S' trap, including provision of lime concrete bedding, connection to trap and flushing pipe providing 110mm PVC WC connector etc complete including making good to disturbed surfaces of floor to match with existing specifications complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Cat No- C0117 of Parryware or equivalent.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white, including connection to outgoing drain and flushing pipe, anti syphonic pipe with seat and cover complete but excluding flushing cistern & flush pipe including making good damaged/disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 10 litre capacity, PVC valve less syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, flush pipe, float and handle including brackets complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs plastic water closet, Seat and Cover for pedestal pan, white / black, closed pattern with flat bottom and mild steel chromium plated or aluminium hinging device complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china bowl urinal flat back, of size 465x355x265mm, white (minimum) with grating and union for discharge pipe (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe & waste pipe) including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar (1:2) securing urinal to plugs with and including 60 mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 15mm bore, bib taps of PTMT, any colour high pressure, screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 90 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts in normal ground (wood,steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type (Barbed wire fence) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type of standard, rail straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel flat iron clamps etc in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel round bar 10mm dia and over cut into length, bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping as in tie bar for fixing chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts of 5 to 10mm dia of shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt not exceeding 5cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, n.exc 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.
