Dewatering the contaminated/waste water from soakage well cum septic tank of any size and depth deep pumping through mechanical means and dispose off therein low laying area outside from cantt area to a distance exc. 5 Km far from residential area, where directed incl cutting holes through slab/wall as required for inserting pipe and making good the same to match with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note:Honey sucker machine, operator and Driver to be provided by the Contractor. Capacity of Honey sucker machine to be of min 5000 Ltr )

M&L for cleaning septic tank of any capacity and depth including inlet and outlet chambers, removing out all scum, silt residues both organic type after plugging the incoming sewage line, removing and depositing the waste material of sludge etc to a distance upto 100m and buried the same in ground by digging pit of suitable size and then cover with earth including removal or surplus soil if any complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. (Note: Honey sucker machine, operator and Driver to be provided by the Contractor. Capacity of Honey sucker machine to be of min 5000 Ltr )

Cleaning manhole of depth up to 1.5m and removing sludge and depositing the waste material / sludge etc to distance outside cantt area and burried the same in the ground by digging of suitable size and then cover the earth including removal of surplus of soil if any complete alla s specifed and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge and placing the manhole cover in the same position. (Note: Honey sucker machine, operator and Driver to be provided by the Contractor. Capacity of Honey sucker machine to be of min 5000 Ltr )

M&L for Cleaning of SGSW line/CI/PVC line up to 150mm internal dia by rodding from manhole for cleaning and well flushing after cleaning by taking off manhole cover and placing the same in position after cleaning and removing the waste material/sludge etc out of the garrison area complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cleaning of SGSW line/CI/PVC line up to 110/100mm internal dia by rodding from manhole for cleaning and well flushing after cleaning by taking off manhole cover and placing the same in position after cleaning and removing the waste material/sludge etc out of the garrison area complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cleaning of blocked/filled W.C/ floor/ nahani/ gully trap (any type) by heating pipe line with blow lamp/roding the CI/SWG pipe of any dia upto first manhole/gully trap after taking off the cover and placing the same in position after cleaning and removing the waste material/sludge etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs vitreous china water closet (Squatt Pan) Orrisa pattern 580x440 mm size pan white with front or back inlet with integral 'foot rests including provn of lime concrete bedding including connections to 'flushing cistern/pipe' complete all as specified and directed including 100mm CI/PVC 'P' trap.

S&F in repair vitreous China wash down (EWC) water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) but including seat cover for pedestal pattern complete all as specfied and directed.

S&F 10 Litre capacity PVC low level flushing cistern with ball valve and handle/push button 32mm dia PVC flush pipe including taking down unserviceable cistern complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Coloured Non Skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size 450mm x 350mmx7mm thick over and including 10mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B1 (1:2:4) (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like inclding necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for Providing precast reinforced cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) mangers, shelves and similar articles set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall, ceiling, roof etc incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction in two layers, finished even and smooth surface without using extra cement - External Plaster (WPC measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound for external plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cess pits, manholes etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in incl spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm as in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.
