Replacing the Eroded HD-1, HD-2 reducers, bends & pipes in Unit-II by Non IBR cutting and welding.
Replacing the existing defective Extraction steam to HP Heater-6 Isolation Valve ES-4 with spool piece by new valve Size GV 200mm/250 ATA, pipe size OD 219.1 X6.35 mm thick This work involves Cutting the existing defective ES-4 valve of size 219.1 x 6.35 mm. Preparing the edges of pipe joints of size 219.1 x 6.35 mm to suit the New Valve. Positioning the Valve and spool piece, checking the alignment and welding the NRV and spool piece as per IBR specification.
Charges for Scaffolding arrangements & arresting of Extraction steam to HP Heater-6 Isolation valve ES-4 by using ‘I’ beam at 2 locations, Radiography Test and Stress Relieving for welding portion of Extraction steam to HP Heater-6 Isolation valve ES-4 with spool piece after welding.
Inspection of drain lines in MSL, HRH, CRH, HP B/P, LP B/P, HPT & IPT Casing, MSSV to ESV and gland seal header drain lines. Cutting the drain lines at tapping point and Flash Tank / atmosphere end, for find out any obstructions in inside the pipe by admitting air & water to ensure the proper draining. After ensuring free flow of admitted air & water, grinding & re-welding the drain line pipes by IBR Welder.
Cutting and Welding of GLV 1"/1500/2500 class valves or equivalent joints by IBR Welder. Charges for cutting the defective 1" valve or equivalent 2 Nos 1" joints in drain / vent line, grinding and welding the new valve in the line by IBR welder.
Replacing the defective drain line valves, pipes or equivalent in Heater drip, Condenser air, Auxillary steam and drain water lines etc by Non IBR welder. Charges for cutting the defective 1" valve or pipe or equivalent joints in drain / vent line, grinding and welding the new valve / line in the line by Non IBR welder.
Replacing the defective drain line valves or equivalent in Cooling water lines and ACW lines by Non IBR welder. (ERW pipe, reducer & bends)
