Improvement and Upgradation of Lambidhar to Tikri road KM 0/000 to 5/280

Excavation in soil in hilly area in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil, ordinary rock and hard rock. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damages to hill side, water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side. Rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines, grades, side slopes, width, camber, super-elevation and level as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge in conformity with the requirement of MoRD technical specification for Rural Road, Section. 300 & 1600 to achieve designed formation width including hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites safe manner and disposal of all surplus material to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load and animal transport and mechanical means along with its leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, tools, equipment’s and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. During the mobilization period, contractor should take the advanced x-sec in 15 m (fifteen metre) interval of whole road length in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his representative. In case the advanced x-section has been taken in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge representative, in that case the same has to be got approved from Engineer-in-Charge. The land for dumping sites shall be arranged by the contractors himself and nothing extra shall be paid on this account, filling of unevenness blind age and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for smooth riding. Recovery of stones that tune of 1051.50 Cum quantity ( One thousand Fifty one point fifty) cubic metres at the rate of 300/- (Rupees three hundred ) per cubic metre quantity shall be effected from the contractor's running bills on pro-rate basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public, private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls,Breast walls,culverts,drainds and parapets etcetra. in all types of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil ,ordinary rock and hard rocks, chiselling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawing and MORD 2014 Technical specifications Clause 305, 1101.4, 1603.4 section 300 & 1600 and as per direction of Engineer in Charge including setting out, shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal of material up to any lead and upto any lift, including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material to the orignal surface in layers not exceeding 150 mm (one hundred fifty milimeters) compected thickness including sorting and sturting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to all depth or any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering . Providing and Laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 P.C.C nominal mix 1:6:12 ( one cement : six sand : twelve graded crushed agregate) with 40 mm aggregates nominal size (Forty milimetre). The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST, including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and Laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:4:8 ( one cement : four sand : Eight graded crushed / broken stone agregate 40 mm (Forty milimetre) nominal size for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation complete in or under water complete including pumping or bailing out water dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths as per drawings and MORD 2014 Specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 section 800 & 1200 including the cost of form work and curring complete. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST, including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete grade M 10 (Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement:three sand:six graded stone graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete including form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D. 2014 technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and section 800 & 1200 . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST, including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open, foundation complete as per drawings and M.O.R.D 2014 technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 section 800, 1200. Nominal mix 1:2.5:5 (one cement:two point five sand : five graded stone graded stone aggregate M15 (fifteen) with 40 mm aggregates nominal size (Forty milimetre). including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST, including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and Laying Precast Box Culvert having Size 1000x1000x1500 mm. (one thoussand *one thoussand * one thousand fuve hundred milimeter). The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST, including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm (four milimeter) dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm (one hundred into one hundred milimeter) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 (ten) per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25 kg (twenty five kilograms) each as per drawing and M.O.R.D. 2014 specifications Clause 1301. Providing weepholes in brick masonry / stone masonry /plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm(one hundred milimeter) dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structures with slop of 1(v):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1206.6 section 600, 700 & 1200 .
