Part A :-
Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of CI Open Channel Sluice Gates, Manually operated, Rising Spindle type suitable for mounting in between two parallel walls of an Open Channel. Water sealing shall be provided at two vertical sides and bottom side of gate aperture by means of rubber seal, mounted on gate slide and having forced contact with gate aperture. The gate shall be designed in such a manner, so that it can be operated at 2 meter head. Gate frame & Shutter of CI Grade IS 210 FG 260, Head Stock IS 210 Grade FG 260, Hinge Pin SS ASTMA276, Yoke IS MS 2062, Flush Bottom Seal Support Bar of SS ASTM A276 , Stem Operating Nut ASTM A276., Duly tested for tensile strength, Chemical testing and tested Shop tested for over all dimensions as per approved GA drawing complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer for following PEAK FLOW up to 3m channel depth.

Providing & Laying P.V.C. / XLPE insulated & P.V.C. sheathed Arrmoured Aluminium cable confirming to IS:1554 P-I / IS :7098 P - I of 1.1 KV with H4- Grade electrolytic aluminium conductor confirming to IS 8130 of purity >99.6 %, round / flat strip armouring of cables, Inner / outer sheath confirming to IS:5831 in existing RCC / Hume / Stoneware / PVC pipe/ open duct/cable trench / Cable tray(with cable tie) including testing etc. as required of following size. OEM must have it's own in house NABL accrediated Laboratory for testing procedure as per IS:10810.For additional technical parameters of product / work refer Annexure 'A' attached with this BSR
Supplying and making end termination with heavy aluminium lugs ( Pin / ring type ) confirming to IS 8309 -1993 & IS 8337-1976 duly crimped with crimping tool, PVC tape etc of following size.All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge. Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
Supply installation testing & Commissioning of high mast lighting system (as per PLG 07 of ILP UK techinical report no 7 of ILE UK /IS:875 Part-1 – 2015//BSEN10025/and IS:2062 )consisting of totally hot dip galvanised by piecewise single dipped method high mast, lantern carriage suitable for up to 12 nos luminaries with welded arm (excluding luminares), mast head frame assembly with full cover, including 1 No. LED 15 Watts aviation obstruction lights, double drum type self sustaining winch, integral power tool accesible from door with padlocking arrangement (winch motor with control circuit) hot dipped galvanised heavy duty pipe lightening finial, Stainless steel 6 mm dia. wire ropes (AISI 316, 7 / 19 costruction 3 no. rope for lantern carrage & 2 no. rope for winch assembly ) foundation bolt, torque limiter,EPR insulated PCP sheathed 5 core x 2.5 Sq.mm trailing cable, including outdoor type control panel for auto on / off, reverse / forward motor operation. The mast is constructed from mild steel plates (as per IS 5986 Gr. 510 ) cut and folded to form a polygonal section, telescopic jointed and welding as per BS 5135.etc. as required on Existing Foundation. ( See table P - 03 for specs.) OEM Must have Type test certificate for wind tunnel test . All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge. All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge. 1.15 Providing and fixing of flanged/ plain ended MS Specials made from MS sheet strips of relevant IS specification of approved thickness by welding, lowering, laying, aligning, fixing in position at all level/ depths in trenches complete including all taxes, material, labour, inside lining, outside coating, testing and commissioning along with pipe line as per technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 1.15.1 MS pipe specials upto 600mm dia (with minimum 5mm thickness sheet)
Repair to damaged RCC slabs, beams and columns etc for strengthening with cement mortar 1 : 2 in following steps :- (i) Choping losse and cracked concrete to required depth, cleaning the exposed surface of steel and concrete with wire brush and sand papering , cleaning of concrete surface with water as necessary and getting dried. (ii) Applying Epoxy primer on the exposed steel bars. (iii) Applying Epoxy hardener and resin mix (as per manufectured's specification) on concrete and steel bars with brush. (iv) Speading dry cement mortar 1 : 2 mix over epoxy treated wet surface and allow it to dry for one day. (v) Plastering the surface with cement sand mortar 1 : 3 upto depth of 30mm complete. (vi) Cure the plastered surface for 15 days, All work including scaffolding etc. complete in all respect.

Silt clearance from Sedimentation cum storage tank with all lift and lead up to 50 Mtr. Silt to be disposed outside the Headworks boundaries. Disposed silt to be levelled and neatly dressed including stacking of useful material if any available during excavation for all kind of soil. Silt clearance is to be carried out by means of mechanical system i.e. Tractor craw/Trolley or any other mechanical system. No extra payment shall be done for lift . This work also involves dressing of bottom which is to be done manually and there shall be no damage to lining and LDPE film of tank. Work is to be done as per direction of Engineer In Charge and technical specifications.
NOTE :- For additional lead, beyond 50M, every additional lead will be paid as per PWD BSR. But for lead of 500M, 1 km. and onward; initial rate of 50M will be deducted from concern rates of above said leads

Disc seal ring of EPDM/ Neoprene (food grade quality) and disc seal retaining ring of SS/CS. Shaft of SS- AISI- 410/316 & shaft bearings- bronze/ PTET or Teflon with EPDM/NBR "O "ring seal, Nut-Bolt confirming to IS:1363 and IS: 1367 (Galvanised steel) Insertion rubber of black EPDM 6mm thick. Suitable support structure as per directions of EIC including jointing & jointing material, labour, testing and commissioning along with pipeline as per Technical Specification & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Rates are exclusive of tail piece/ dismantling joints and earth work.

(c) OEM Must have ISO 9001 & 14001 certifications for quality assuarance & its own in house NABL lab setup for all testing facilities for cables . Appropriate type test certificate / OEM test report shall be submitted . All above as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.
