Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles light colour 7-8mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick cement screed 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 02.00 above but on vertical surfaces over and including 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350 x 250 x 7 mm or 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick with matching highlighter over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match coloured tiles (Design/colour of tiles will be approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 22-25 mm thick heavy duty chequerd parking tiles 400x400 mm of any pattern decided by Engr in charge as in pavings laid over 20 mm thick screed bed 1:4 laid and jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed. Make Johnson/kajaria/somany

M&L for 10-12 mm thick heavy duty parking tiles 400 x 400 mm of any colour and pattern decided by Engr-In-Chargeas in pavings laid over 20 mm thick screed bed 1:4 set jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed. Make : Johnson / Kajaria / Somany

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Make :- Somany or equivalent in Kajaria/Johnsion

M&L for cement concrete 25 mm thick in PCC type B1,1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregates) as in sub base of floors finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frame exc 1.5 sqm and n-exc 4 sqm each but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.
