Demolishing of concrete works in all ratio where ever necessary manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mtrs lead (in cement mortar) as directed by EIC.

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains (exceeding 30cm and upto1.5 Mtr indepth, 1.5M in width as well as 10Sqm on plan) including dressing of sides ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5M including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil within a lead of 50M from edge cutting . disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1Cement: 4 fine sand: 8 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding C/o centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level in 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 course sand : 6 stone agg. using 20mm nominal size) including curing complete including all carriages and cost of materials involved.

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75-A in super structure up to floor V-level In cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 fine sand). including all carriages and cost of material involved.

12mm /15mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half Brick wall of mix: 1:6 mix (1 cement : 6 fine sand) including all carriages and cost of materials involved.

Waterproofing of all surfaces as directed by EIC by cleaning the surface with wire brush to make the surface free from all loose particles, dust, etc, then Repairing/making the corner fillets (i.e Gola ) with Dr, Fixit Pidicrete URP 301 or equivalent waterproofing compound in cement and sand mortar in the ratio of 5ltr.URP : 1 cement : 4 sand. Then applying one coat of Dr. Fixit Tourch shield Primer or Equivalent with brush over the surface prepared for waterproofing. After primer coat Dr. Fixit Tourch shield membrane 3160 (3 mm thick) or equivalent is layed over all horizontal and vertical surfaces prepared with tourching and sealing of overlapped joints (Min. overlap of joints = 100 mm).including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Providing and laying of 50mm thick protective layer to water proofing with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) properly finishing in proper grade / slop for proper drainage of rain water including cost of waterproofing compound (Tapecrete of equivalent) mixed with concrete @ 50 Ml per bag of cement with 10mm nominal size stone aggregate (crushed) including all leads, lifts, costs and carriages of all materials involved complete.

Providing cement plaster skirting with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement 18mm thick including dismantling of old skirting and disposal of Unserviceable material complete as directed by EIC all carriages and cost of materials involved.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patches in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead including all carriages and cost of material involved.(1:4) Mix (1 cement : 4 course sand).

Removing white or color wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (as directed by the EIC at site).

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer. Including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Painting with exterior emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including priming coat with cement primer (two or more coats) Excel or Apex.

Providing and fixing of PVC fittings/ fixtures including all dismantling and placing in position with necessary concrete claps etc).
