Cleaning of internal surafces of Underground sump/ Reservoirs of 175000 gallons capacity, by using high pressure rotary jet machine and pumping out/ flushing out water, mud, sludge, dirt etc by any means of industrial vaccum cleaner including brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and washing the inside surfaces including pipes, ladders etc. and treating the surfaces by spraying sodium hypochlorite (anti bacterial agent) in a concentration as directed by means of high pressure rotary jet machine & UV radiation disinfactant, disposing off the spoils to a distance outside MOD land in a safe manner where , including mentioning details paint e.g date of cleaning of tank, next due date of cleaning of Tank with month and year to be mentioned, complete all as specified. .

M&L for clening of underground static water tank of approx 25000gln capacity by mechanised de watering by using industrial submersible pump, scrapping sludge and removel by using industrial sludge pumping ,cleaning of all dust particle ,sterilization of tank by using chlorination chemical and two coat of whitewash on internal surfaces of wall including preperation of surfaces,including mentioning details paint e.g date of cleaning of tank, next due date of cleaning of Tank with month and year to be mentioned, complete all as specified. Note:- (a) Sludge shall be removed to a distance not exc 50 mtr distance and depositing where directed.(b) the cost of T&P and safty equipment shall be included in the quoted rates. (c) The contractor will responsible for all safty measure of workers.

M&L for clening of RCC underground sump of 20000 Gallon capacity in a fire pumphouse at 110 block inside by mechanised de watering by using industrial submersible pump, scrapping sludge and removel by using industrial sludge pumping ,cleaning of all dust particle ,sterilization of tank by using chlorination chemical and two coat of whitewash on internal surfaces of wall including preperation of surfaces,including mentioning details paint e.g date of cleaning of tank, next due date of cleaning of Tank with month and year to be mentioned, complete all as specified. .

Note for item no.1 to 9:- (i) Necessary Ladder/Sacafolding etc. as required shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt.

(ii) Necessary safety arrangement to the manower engauged by the contractor shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt.

Collecting of Sampling of non chlorinated water from various pump houses under AOR of AGE E/M-II Chakeri as and when directed by Engineer-in-Charge and testing the water for bacteriogogical , Physical and chemical as per IS-1622 and 3025 from any Government/NABL approved laboratories and submission of test report to Engineer-in-Charge within 10 days of direction for testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge . Note:- Sampling shall be done by the authorised rep of the approved laboratory from whom the testing of water is to be carried out in presence of JE/Engr-in-charge).

Taking down existing wornout Flex Board and S&F of PVC sheet weighing 350gm/sqm flex duly fixed on a aluminium pipe frame work madeout of 40mmx40mmx2mm thick pipe by suitable means.Flex Board of size 900mmx1200mm fixed to walls with and including stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers duly printed (embossed) with the specifications of pump, including its year of commissioing, capacity, make, MES /Machine No., supplied areas, interconnection etc. in desired colour of water supply and allied connections of Pump house as per sample format provided by Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified.

Taking down of unserviceable /wornout LED aviation light fitting from OHT and S&F LED aviation obstruction light 7 watt luminaires , die cast aluminium alloy housing with red polycarbonate dome, integral driver, complete all as specified.

M & L for construction of valve chamber in replacement 1200 x 1200 x 1200 mm internal dimensions, 6 mm thick MS sheet cover with 2 Nos MS hinges welded to angle iron frame of 40x40x6 mm thick with lifting hook and locking arrangement complete with necessary earth work, brick work in CM (1:6), 230 mm thick, PCC bed (1:4:8) type D2 150 mm thick, cement plastering, finishing 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) and applying a coat of black bituminous paint to the steel surfaces incl dismantling and removal of old unserviceble valve pit remains all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement new generation IP-65 POST TOP 25 W, energy saving, environment friendly, long aesthetically designed with symmetrical light distribution spun aluminium landscape luminaire with high power LEDs as light source including fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of Pump house and all connected valve pits inside and outside and cleaning roof of building cutting of grass in side of boundery wall , surrounding of OHTs and complete remove the all waste materials approx area upto 500 sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Min two cleaning of Pump House area shall be done, 1st cleaning shall be done just after commencment of work and 2nd cleaning shall be done just before completion of work. this shall be considered as one job ,so contractor shall quote their rate accordingly.

M&L for pouring of Sodium Meta Hexa Phosphate in the borewell complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Qty as braught by the contractor and remaining qty after pouring shall be recorded in MB.

M&L for lifting out submersible pumps set from bore well with column pipe steel rope, submersible cable including lowewring, commissioning testing the same after developing the borewell complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for development of bore well by Air Compressor capable to work at pressure gauge approx 300 to 500 PSI and capacity approx 1000 cfm continously, to clean the slots of the pipe and to explore the possiblity of recouping of well with natural water table including transportation, errection and dismantling of air compressor complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- For payment purpose 'P' gravels as braught by the contractor shall be recored in MB and after pouring P gravels in bore well, remaining qty shall also be recorded in MB.

S&F discharge head assembly 150 mm dia fixed with and including PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for and with provision of bolts for foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement MS nut bolt with washer of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Old Pump shall be deposited to MES store and same shall be taken on Ladger Book.

Supply & lowering in replacement MS column pipe 150mm dia in standard length of 3.00 m, heavy duty heavy grade ERW pipe, duly threaded at ends with provision of MS flange duly drilled and welded, supported with 4 nos welded MS flat strips at each flange complete all as specified and directed.
