Laying water bound macadam with specified stone aggregate stone screening and binding material including screening, sorting, spreading to template and consolidation with power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity etc. complete (Payment for stone aggregate, screenings, kankar, moorum and red bajri etc. to be made separately) :Subbase with stone aggregate 90 mm to 45 mm including stone screenings 13.2 mm size.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site, excluding carriage.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches, drains, pipes and cables etc.(not exceeding 1.5mtr in width or 10Sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5mtr including getting out excavated soil and disposed of surplus soil as directed within a lead of 50mtr. All kind of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering-All work upto plinth level1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Nallah(incl cost of cement carriage)

Centring and shuttermg including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for• a. Foundations, footing bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches plinth, sides of foundation etc. layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead up to 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Providing and laying of MS pipe for x-ing including trench excavation laying of pipe in proper slope refilling and making the surface good in carriage and cost of pipe complete job.(300mm dia).

Dry random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth using nallah stone without bond stone.

Providing and laying DPC 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size)Nallah(including cost of cement carriage)

Carriage of materials by M.T from source to site loading, unloading complete job. a. Stone agg above 40mm an avg lead 08.00km.

b. Sand and Stone agg an avg lead 5.00km.

d.. Stone agg below 40mm an avg lead 10.00km.
