Annual Maintenance Contract of Electrical and Mechanical Installations of Non-Operational Area at Kishangarh Airport , Ajmer. (Year 2022-23 and 2023-24)

Operation and Maintenance of all internal & external electrical and mechanical installations located at Terminal Building, Power House, Admin block, project office and other anciliry building, including attending the complaints/ faults/ breakdowns, ensuring serviceability and satisfactory working condition of the system, performing preventive maintenance, maintaining the records/ documentation etc. as per special conditions of contract by deploying minimum manpower as per Special Conditions of Contract Clause-12 (vii).

Inspection & breakdown maintenance of 03 Nos. Solar Powered Obstruction Lights Make-AVAIDS (which are installed approx 15 kms away from Kishangarh Airport on three different hillocks) from manufacturer or authorized dealer or specilized agency including making the system in serviceable condition and submission of service report etc. complete as per site requirment.

Inspection, Repairing, servicing, overhauling and testing of 33 KV VCB Panel having 04 nos., 630Amp VCB,Make-ABB including protection relays, measuring equipments, control & power circuit etc complete as per site requirment from the manufacturer or authorised service dealer of manufacturer.

Inspection, repairing, servicing, overhauling, testing and calibration of L&T make Air Circuit Breaker (415 V, 1250/800/630 Amps capacity) etc complete as per site requirment from the manufacturer or authorised service dealer of manufacturer.

Inspection & breakdown maintenance of AMF/Synchronisation of DG set system from specialized firm (as & when required) to make the system healthy, complete as per site requirement.

Service charges for identification of faults by locating/ pin pointing (irrespective of no of faults) through fault locating machine in 33 KV underground power cable (length of cable approx 8 Km from 220 KV GSS Kishangarh to Airport) size up to 3 Core x 300 sqmm, i/c carrying out the high potential test and making the cable in serviceable condition (as & when required).

Service charges for identification of faults by locating/ pin pointing (irrespective of no of faults) through fault locating machine in 1.1 KV under ground power cables of different size up to 300 sqmm, i/c carrying out the high potential test and making the cable in serviceable condition (as & when required).

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 300 sqmm size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 33 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 300 sqmm size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 33 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making straight through cable jointing with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including ferrules suitable for 300 sqmm size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 33 KV grade as required.

Testing and Calibration of 04 Nos protection relays installed in 33 KV ABB make HT panel, by secondary injection method with suitable testing kit, from NABL accredited laboratory including submission of calibration report to AAI. Make/Model of Relay:- ABB/ REJ601

Testing, servicing, adjustment, calibration and submission of calibration certificate (from NABL accredited laboratory ) of following instruments including minor repair etc. compete as required. Carring out the stack monitoring of 500 KVA DG set for paramaters like PM, SO2, NO2, CO & HC i/c taking samples, testing and submission of analysis reports with mandatory parameters from Govt authorized lab etc. complete as required.

Carring out the noise monitoring of 500 KVA DG set for Minimum and Maximum i/c testing, recording data and submission of analysis reports with mandatory parameters from Govt authorized lab etc. complete as required.

Hiring charges for lighting decoration with LED & PAR lights, of Terminal building, ATC Tower and main entrance gate of Airport in tri-color theme/occasional theme for atleast 2 to 3 nights on the occasion of Republic day/Indepandance day/ Diwali/ etc complete as per satisfaction of engineer-in-charge and site requirement.

Lifting & Lowering of 5.0/7.5 HP submersible pump from existing borewell etc. complete as required.

Rewinding of motor of 5.0/7.5 HP submersible pump set complete as required.

Repairing, servicing, overhauling and testing of 5.0/7.5 HP submersible pump set (pump part only) complete as required.

Rewinding of ceiling fans of 1200/1400 mm with super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge & insulation grade i/c replacement of ball bearing, shaft etc. as required.

Rewinding of Exhaust fans/ pedestal fan/wall mounted fan up to swepp of 600 mm of all makes, with super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge & insulation grade i/c replacement of ball bearing, shaft etc. as required.

Rewinding of 1- Phase, 230 V, 50 Hz, Motor of the capacity upto 2 HP with suitable gauge and insulation grading copper wire i/c transportation from site to workshop & back i/c Impeller, Bearing & servicing of pump sets (as & when reqd).

Rewinding of Single-Phase,220 V, 50 Hz Submersible Pump Set of the capacity of 3 HP with suitable gauge and insulation grading copper wire i/c Impeller, Bearing & Servicing of Pump Sets (as & when reqd.).

Repairing of hand dryer Make-Euronics, including replacement of PCB and other spares complete as required.

Comprehensive maintenance of 06 KVA, single phase UPS Make- Eaton, (Model No-91456Kin-XL), from authorised service dealer of OEM, including quarterly preventive maintenance visit and submission of report with attending unlimited breakdown mantenance and replacement of defective PCB and other parts as required.

Repairing charge of 3 phase motor starter, star delta type, Make-L&T, suitable for 7.5/5.0 HP submersible pump set, including replacement of defective parts etc. complete as required.

Comprehensive maintenance of Boom Barriers (Make-Godrej) , from authorised service dealer of OEM, including quarterly preventive maintenance visit and submission of report with attending unlimited breakdown mantenance and replacement of defective card and other parts as required. (One job for three Months)

Rewinding of 3- Phase, 400 V, 50 Hz, Motor of the capacity upto 1 HP with suitable gauge and insulation grading copper wire i/c transportation from site to workshop & back (as & when required).

Supply & replacement of trailing cable of 30 Mtr highmast.

Service & overhauling of 30 Mtr Bajaj Make highmast including supply & replacement of defective motor, gear assembly, wire rope, trailing cable etc as per site requirement.

Service & overhauling of 30 Mtr Bajaj Make highmast, as & when required.

CPWD- DSR 2022 (E&M) items amounting to Rs 2,00,000/-. Note: (i) The rate for this item has to be quoted carefully. (ii) The guidelines for quoting the rate for this item is mentioned in Clause-24 (c) of Guidance to Tenderer at Page No-14.
