Taking down folloiwing fans of any type and size from site and removing to MES store for servicing like cleaning, lubricating, greasing and replacement of split pin, bearing, bush, capacitor, connection wire and refixing the fans at same location after spray painting to complete fan including blade by applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint and testing, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Contractor will provide one electrician and one helper for removing the faulty fan and refixing the serviced ceiling fan. (b) Contractor team will report to AGE E/M Sub Div daily except sunday and holiday at 0900 Hrs to collect ceiling fan complaints. (c) Contractor will give one year guarantee for repairable fan except burnt out fans). (d) Rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be inclusive of spare parts as required.

M&L for replacement of burnt out coil of copper and aluminium winded for following fans and rewinding complete with super enamelled copper wire of same guage and weight including replacement of bearing, bush, capacitor, insulation paper and varnishing including spray painting to complete fan including blade by applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint and testing complete including taking down, removal to workshop and refixing upto satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. S&F in replacement by cutting sizes water proof plywood ISI Marked, 12mm thick, of required size incl necessary provisions for mounting in walls, openings and securing using fasteners 10 cms long and 8 mm dia for mounting of exhaust fans in various locations and sizes, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable PVC ventilation/exhaust fan after disconnecting the wire from ceiling rose and deposited to store yard of AGE E/M and supply and fix ventilation/exhaust fan made out of plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 200 to 250 mm, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Size of fan shall be decided by the Engineer-in-Charge.)

Note :spare parts and glass wool shall be measured and paid separtaly under respective items of BOQ.

Deduction to be made from BOQ for Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule from dismentling/taking down items) worth 1,57,803.00 during AOC. Note :- Tenderers shall not quote for this Schedule.
