Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT under ground cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade cross sectional area 35 sq.mm 3½ Core in trenches / on wall/poles laid in ducts/inside protection pipe including cable glands, lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips (where ever cable laid in ceilings / walls without cable duct), with and including taking out old unserviseable cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as per srl item No 1.00 here-in-above but cable of 10 sqmm 4 Core complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for Ser item No. 1.00 & 2.00:- (i) Excavation, earthwork and protection of cable shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of BOQ.

Laying only LT under ground cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductor,1100 Volts grade cross sectional area 16 sq.mm 4 Core in trenches/on wall/poles laid in ducts/inside protection pipe with and including cable glands, lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips (where ever cable laid in ceilings / walls without cable duct) taking out old unserviseable cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as per ser item No 3.00 here-in-above but size of cable 35 Sq.mm 3½ Core complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per ser item No 3.00 here-in-above but size of cable 70 Sq.mm 3½ Core complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per ser item No 3.00 here-in-above but size of cable 95 Sq.mm 3½ Core complete all as specified and directed.

Notes for Ser item No. 3.00 to 7.00:- (i) LT UG XLPE cable shall be issued under Schedule 'B' free for fixing. (ii) Transportation of cable from MES store yard to site shall deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates. (iii) Excavation, earthwork and protection of cable shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of BOQ.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and exc. 1.5m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returnig , filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for river sand, washed and screened dry for cushioning to under ground cable in trenches below and around under ground cable including spreading and levelling complete as specified and directed . Note :- Punned thickness 18 cm shall only be considered for payment.

Supply and laying burnt brick sub class 'B' of size 25cm x 12.5cm x 7.5cm locally available best quality laid in trenches for protections of under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Relaying of bricks retrieved from item No. 1.00 & 2.00 for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing as in replacement 40mm bore steel tubes "light grade" for cable protection including all fittings laid in trenches or fixed on pole complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine, tools etc as required at site, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repacement of unserviceable existing wiring of LT Panel/APFC Panel and wiring with new copper wiring 2.5/4 sqmm with copper lugs epoxy insulator bar and insulating the bus bar with tape conforming with colour code complete all as specified & directed. Note:- The cost of copper wire and other accessories shall be measured and paid under respective items as 'Supply only'.

Supply only the 2.5 sqmm single core sheathed copper cable complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only the 4.0 sqmm single core sheathed copper cable complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only the 6.0 sqmm single core sheathed copper cable complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only the Copper lugs of suitable size complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only the DMC resin/Red polyamide type Epoxy insulator bus bar connector/supporter of suitable size/dimension, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only the LT Panel Locking set, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of 3 Ph ammeter digital type 3.5 digit display 0-500A range square shape with CT Coil fixed to existing LT Panels complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of 3 Ph Voltmeter digital type 3.5 digit display 0-500V range square shape with PT Coil fixed to existing LT Panels complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron/MS base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31, 9 meter long, complete including necessay excavation, earthwork, PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation and coping with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), including taking down old perished Steel tubular pole/Rail Pole of any height from site complete all as specified & directed. Note: cost of PCC deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate

M&L for cutting the burnt out aluminium lugs and relugging of LT cable in cable end box of transformer on switches including cutting existing lugs suitable for cable of size 70 to 185 sqmm and reconnection after repair work and testing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The cost of the lifting/relaying of cable whereas required for relugging is deemed to be inclusive in the unit rates quoted.

M&L for straight through joints (epoxy type) for LT PVC / XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 16 to 50 Sqmm 4 core/3.5 core including testing after jointing complete all as specified and directed. Make : 3M/M-seal/Denson/Raychem etc Note:- (i) Cutting of faulty cable/ joint is deemed to be included in the above quoted rates. (ii) If old burnt/damaged LT cable/joint retrived shall be given to contractor as schedule of credit.

M&L for straight through joints (epoxy type) for LT PVC / XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 to 150 Sqmm 3.5 core including testing after jointing complete all as specified and directed. Make : 3M/M-seal/Denson/Raychem etc Note : (i) Cutting of faulty cable/ joint is deemed to be included in the above quoted rates. (ii) If old burnt/damaged LT cable/joint retrieved shall be given to contractor as schedule of credit.

M&L for Painting of LT Panels of any size/dimension by prepration of old painted surfaces, cleaning refixing panel board door with hinges, nuts, bolts etc removing of existing rust, grease oil spot etc, priming with aluminium red-oxide and then applying 1st grade of synthetic enamelled spray paint (two coats) of approved make, brand and colours & foundation and painting names of the distribution location complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel chequered plate Fe-410-W (gde-E-250), 7mm thick square cut or notched, forming holes without any attachment as duct covering size and length as approved including primer painting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only dry Bamboo Ladder of 20 feet height approx (as per sample) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only dry Bamboo Ladder of 12 feet height approx (as per sample) complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for checking/inspecting of Fire Extinguisher, cheak the pressure and suppressant liquid, safety seal located at each installations and refilling/recharging the same by a certified fire equipment dealer, writing/painting the day of inspecting and due date including painting of extinguisher & bucket with red paint complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white with letter, figures and conventional skull & bones in signal red colour & fixed with MS clamps, bolts, nuts of size (20 x 15)cm for LT supply including taking out old unserviceable rusted out danger plates complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for disconnecting LT panel wiring, all connected XLPE UG Cable by removing and taking out loop by excavating area around Panel and rearranging the same, relugging the cable and rejoining of CTs/PTs and reshifting if required complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in- Charge. Note : Excavation for cable around LT Panel deemed to be included in quoted rates.

S&F first aid box made from High Grade GI metal of min 2 mm thickness with powder coated for anti rust proof premium quality colour Red & Ivory minimum Size (32X28X8) cm rectangular shaped front transparent acrylic glass hinged door top side handle for carry to any where and also wall mountable (fitting hardware included) "First Aid " written with bold letter and including essential items complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down old perished RCC Poles of 9 mtr height from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F street light bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia 1.5 mtr long bent to required shape as directed and fixed to pole complete with and including two set of GI clamps, nuts, bolts and washers including dismantling old bracket complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling and taking down including disconnecting unserviceable aluminium conductor steel reinforced conductor of any type from the pole/cross arm of any size dia type complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down cross arms of MS channel or angle sections etc from existing LT Street light poles complete any size and any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for taking out existing street light poles from its location including taking down all accessories/LED fittings, by excavating carfully without damaging the pole and reshifting to new location and erecting the same including PCC complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level) with the top edges of plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4mm by means of GI nuts, bolts check nuts and washers earth lead protected by 15mm dia GI pipe light grade and connected to main distribution board/earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 and all as specified including testing on completion including for excavation, earth work in any type of strata, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc plain cement concrete (1:3:6) , type C1 as in pit, 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4) nominal mix type B1 as in cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @150mm C/C both ways, GI funnel with GI watering pipe 20mm dia med gde, wire mesh, protection pipe 15mm dia GI pipe light grade for earth lead upto 7.50m long complete . Notes:- (i) if the desired earth resistance is not found earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department. (ii) Testing to be carried out by the contractor in presence of Engr-in-Charge, (iii) T&P and testing instrument (meger) to be provided by the contractor at own cost.

M&L for one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium painting to LT steel tubular poles of any heights including angle iron cross arms, channels, clamps etc complete including preparation of old painted iron surfaces and numbering of poles complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for fault finding of UG LT cable by portable LT fault detector and showing the fault/short circuit distance from either end without excavating UG cable or removing cable from ground, not exceeding testing 2.5 km running cable, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
