Construction of New 60000 Litre OHT with 12m Staging Height in Jaliyur H/o Regadahalli

1. Earth work excavation below G.L. and depositing on bank within an initial lead of 10.00 m and an initial lift of 2.00 for the following classification of soil First depth of 0 to 2 m In hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, sales, murrams, gravel, stoney earth, earth mixed with small sized boulders and hard gravelly soil S.S.20B

Second depth of 2.0m to 3.0 m

2. Sand filling for foundation with clear river sand including cost of sand,watering,ramming and consolidation etc complete as directed by TWAD Board officers For Column Footing

3. PCC 1:4:8 using 40mm HBG metal including mixing curing etc.,below 1.50 m from GL. For footing

4. RCC in M 30 mix using10mm& 20mm size HBG metal excluding cost of reinforcement and centering but including cost of mixing, laying, curing, finishing etc.complete Below 1.5m from GL Column footing

8. Providing outside M.S Ladder of 45cm wide made out of 50x50x6mm MS angle for sides and steps fixed at 30 cm centre to centre etc.and providing of Landing slabs with hand rails using 32mm GI pipe and 40mmx6mm MS flat etc. as per approved design

9. Providing Hand rails over the Roof slab by using 32 mm GI Pipe with 40mm x 6mm MS Flat and fixied with 12mm dia Fastner Bolt 75mm long and as directed by TWAD Bd officers

10. Providing and fixing of RCC inner access ladder in RCC 1:1.5:3 (One cement, one and half sand and three aggregates) using 20mm HBG stone for OHT including cost of reinforcement, placing grill in position, centering shuttering charges, mixing concrete curing etc.,

11. Providing GI Ventilation arrangement 2 nos mosquito proof nylon net with 65 mm GI pipe and spls as directed by the TWAD Board officers 1 m 65 mm Gi pipe, 4 nos 65 mm Gi elbow , 4nos cutting and 8 nos threading and 2 nos 65 mm GI tee

12. Providing cut stone slab in CM 1:3 of size 0.3 m x 0.3 m x 0.15 m and as directed by TWAD Board officers

13. Providing manhole cover of size 0.60 x 0.60M in RCC 1:1.5:3 with suitable reinforcement and 50x50x6mm MS angle fixed along edges and as directed by TWAD Board officers

14. Provision for pipe connection arrangements for inlet, outlet scour and overflow etc. including cost of pipes, specials, valve, labour charge for lifting, aligning, cutting, threading, fixing and painting of GI pipes with two coats of approved quality enamel paint 65mm dia GI pipes

b) Supply of 63mm PVC Pipes including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., completed.

c) Labour charges for laying and joining 40mm HDPE Pipes including all labour charges for laying pipes in proper alingment and gradient including cost of solvent cement etc., complete.

d) Refilling with excavated earth after laying of pipes including all labour charges Solvent cement etc., complete.
