Sch 'A' Part-I (Bldg B/R works)

Supply and Fixing of Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

S & F MS Plates, holding down bolts nuts, bolts washers screws of any size and sections etc, plates comlete all as directed

Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

M & L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings .complete all as specified Note- (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately under respective item of BOQ).

M & L for point wiring (concealed on wall & surface/concealed on cealing) for one light/fan/exhaust fan controlled by one modular/piano switch one way in different locations/building including rigid non metallic PVC conduit, medium grade, ISI marked , 20 mm dia, with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed, stranded copper conductor of 1.5 sqmm as continuous earth connected to common earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rolling and consolidation formation surfaces of road/herms in curring with 8 to 12 filling tonnes power road roller complete to rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber as necessary and filling in hollows and depressions which may occur during the process of rolling all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge

M&L for stone soling with crushed stone interstices filled surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradiant and camber 150 mm special thickness complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness WBM in two layers 75 mm thick with coarse aggregated of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm) granite trap or blast crushed stone spread and camber required complete all as specified and directed

Preparing surface of un-surfaced water bound mecdam by brushing with wire brushes for removing cracked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with and including bituminous primer (paving biumen ) at the rate of 10 kg per 10 square meter of road surface and providing and M&L for bituminous premixed semi donse asphalted concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen of grade [email protected]% binder coment by weight of total mix spread by means of self propelled mechanical spread/ pavers rolled and campacted to required camber and gradiant by using mechanical power road roller 8 to 10 ton capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) Type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone sggregate ) as in filling/sub base to floors etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment over and including 30 mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Sch 'A' Part-IV (External Electric Supply )

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4.0 core complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete any description in ground/floor /paving not exc. 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI pipe Light grade 50 mm bore (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ path /road crossings/ fixed to poles/ceiling/ along walls/ path /drain/floors with and including all necessary clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc and all fittings as required, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Necessary excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately)

Providing precast cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required placing in position and binding with MS wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.
