Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) embedded in Concrete,brick work,masonry ,etc any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground.

S&F MS joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) Fe-410-w(Gde-E-250) all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors;ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to MS Fe.290.Gde-E-165 for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or quare nut, n exc 5cm long dia of shank diameter of neck in 5 to 10 mm.

M&L Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified .

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces of any description cover 10cm in width of girth not therwise described.

M&L Preparing of new steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

S & F in repairs PVC coated chain link MS galvanised fencing including line wires, 3.15mm dia wire and 50x50mm pitch, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repairs chain link fencing including line wires,3.80mm dia wire and 50x50mm pitch , rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) .

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings nexc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level).

M&L for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass-concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (40mm graded agg) all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 ( using 20mm graded aggregate) as in path , hard standing all as specified .

M&L for 50mm thick Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as sub base of floor .

M&L for sand filling under floors for laying in interlocking tile including watering and consolidation.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658 - 2006 of 60 mm thickness, M - 35 Grade with grey cement and pigment.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm grades stone aggs) as in coping, benching and similar works including weathering slightly rounded on chamfered angle and throating all as directed

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in CM incl all quions all as specified

M&L Walling of random rubble masonry,brought upto coarseas built in Cement mortar 1:6 etc complete.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar, 1:6 type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm grared aggregate) complete all as specified.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of stone/ brickwork finished even & smooth without using extra cement etc complete.

M&L Preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls incl priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment from walls/ soffits / ceiling of RCC over head reservoir up to 15Mtr height by scrapping , brooming down, washing with water including anti treatment as required and applying 2 coat of exterior paint to old decorated surfaces of wall or incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed incl necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for one coat of exterior paint to old decorated surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth getting out in hard/dense soil, for removing/laying pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cms all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50mtr and depositing where directed to a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down the clogged/unserviceable GI pipe 50mm dia from trenches/floor/wall all as specified and as directed.Note: Excavation, refilling & removing surplus soil shall be measured and paid separately.

Construction of valve chamber of size 900 mm x 900 mm x 900 mm internal size suitable for sluice valve, with PCC (1:4:8) type (D2) for foundation one brick wall in cement mortar (1:4) PCC (1:2:4) type B1 for coping rendering in CM (1: 4) 15 mm thick including provision of mild steel sheet cover 3.15 mm thick on 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron frame work with two coat of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer and locking arrangement including necessary excavation, earth work and demolishing the damaged valve chamber and removing debris as directed, all as specified and as shown on drawing.
