Cement Concerete Platform:- Earth work in excavation in fundations, trenches, etc in all kinds of soils, not exceeding 2 Meter depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsquent filling around masonry in 15 cm layers with compaction, including disposal of all surplus soil as directed with a lead of 30 metes.

Cement lime concrete 1:8:16 with brick blast 40mm nominal size in foundation and plinth.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 with slone aggregate 20mm nominal size in foundation and plinth.

First Class bricks work laid in cement sand mortar 1:6 in foundation and plinth

11:43 cm thick bricks wall laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 without rainforecement, in foundation and plinth.

Conglomerte floor 50 mm thick CC topping 1:2:4

12 mm thick cement plaster 1:6

(I) Steel Rainforcement Mild steel reinforcement for RCC works where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including bending, binding and placing in position complete

Earthing Earthing with GI earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosures with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. ( but without charcoal or coke and salt ) complete as required.

Extra for charcoal or coke and salt for G.I. Plate or G.I plate earth electrode.

Pdg. and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode as required .

Pdg. and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. Strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required with all labour and material.

Supply, erection, testing, installation of 62.5 KVA three phase silent D.G. set comprising of 1500RPM, 50 Hz, 415 volt, 4 cylinder in-type construction and leroy somer make 3 phase 62.5 KVA alternator, MS common base frame for engine & alternator, fuel tank, residential silencer, battery with leads, earth fault protection and standard accessories with AMP panel complete in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer -in- Charge of the work. (Technical specifications of D.G. set will be as per DNIT page no. 74 to 76)
