Taking down cement plaster on any description including scrubbing down with water and prepare to receive new plastering.

Demolition of mud in roof incl mud/ clay tiles any thickness including plastering and leeping complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L for 15 mm thick water proofing cement plaster on concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smoth with out using extra cement.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

M&L for Applying oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not.less than 4.0 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non Woven polyester matt weighing not.less than 150o Centigrade , having tensile strength of 650 N/5 cm and 350 N/5 cm in longitudnal and transverse direction respectively of the reinforcement, tearing strength of 180N by torch application with minimum 10 cm side over lap and 15cm over lap, applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over the membrane @ 1.2 Kg /sqm over the membrane a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg per sqm all as specified.

Material and labour Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs , walls, cleaning out wetting,grouting with cement and sand slurry in Cement mortar 1:3 with water proofing compound.

M&L for providing cement concrete TypeB0 1:2:4 (12.5mm raded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store boreof pipe in 20 mm.

Refixing old steel tubing and connection in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) bore of pipe in 20mm .

S&L ' Medium grade' galvanised Tubes 20 mm dia, with all tube fillings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, backnuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions, etc.) and fixing complete with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs, or laying in trenches, etc., fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors.

Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

Cleanig of existing tile surface and removal of existing tile grouting without damaging the tile surface and Re grouting with white or coloured cement to match existing tile surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleanig of existing Roof surface and removal of silt,mud & dry leaves deposited there in and clearence of all rain water pipe and exit spouts and make free from any type of blockages in rain water pipe/ spouts etc without damaging the pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in sub floors complete all as specified.

Supply & fix in repair Rain water harvesing UPVC Pipes ,ISI Mark ,110 mm dia ,confirm to IS 4985 ,Single socketed pipe ,Heavy duty Solvent cement welded all as specified and directed by engineer in charge . Note:- (i) Pipeline shall be tested by contractor at rainy time after fixing. (ii)Ladder charges will be included in the above quoted rates for working at height of 10 Mtr of Building. (iii) Amount shall be paid after testing of pipe line .

Taking down Old unserviceable UPVC/PVC Pipes 110mm dia all as per directed by engineer in charge.

Supply & fix in repair Rain water harvesting filter of inlet size 110 mm dia and outlet dia 110 mm dia,Drain oulet 20 mm dia,Made of weather proof polyvinyl chloride including filter mesh of suitable size including taking down old all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

Supply & fix PVC Pipe clamp suitable to fix 110 mm dia UPVC Pipe on wall by two number screw at distance of 600 mm including taking down old piece all as directed by engineer in charge.

Supply & fix in repair PVC door bend of size 110 mm dia ,any degree ,Heavy duty Solvent cement welded including taking down old all as specified and direcetd by engineer in charge .

Supply & fix in repair PVC single door TEE of size 110 mm dia ,any degree, Heavy duty Solvent cement welded including taking down old piece all as specified and direcetd by engineer in charge .

Supply & fix in repair PVC Floor trap of size 75 mm dia ,including grating,any degree, Heavy duty Solvent cement welded including taking down old piece all as specified and direcetd by engineer in charge .
