Upgradation of Audio Conference system in GM's Meeting room & conference hall in RWF Admin building and Conference Hall in TTC/RWF.

The Financial eligibility is required as per clause 5.(ii) of instructions to Tenderer of Chapter-3. Submission of documents regarding financial eligibility criteria is Mandatory.

Financial Eligibility Criteria: The tenderer must have minimum averageannual contractual turnover of V/N or V which ever is less; where V =Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of yearsprescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. Theaverage annual contractural turnover shall be calculated as an averageof "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years,asper the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of theprevious year is yet to be prepared/audited the audited balance sheet ofthe fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating averageannual contractual turnover

The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure- VIBalong with copies of Audit Balance Sheets duly certified by the CharteredAccountant/Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported byAudited Balance Sheet

The Technical Eligibility criteria is required as per clause 5.(i) of Instructions to Tenderer of Chapter-3. Submission of documents regarding similar nature of work is Mandatory.

The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantiallycompleted any of the following during last 07 (seven) years, ending lastday of month previous to the one in which tender is invited: Three similarworks each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertisedvalue of the tender, or Two similar works each costing not less than theamount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, or One similarwork each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertisedvalue of the tender.

Work experience certificate from private individual shall not beconsidered. However, in addition to work experience certificates issuedby any Govt. Organisation, work experience certificate issued by Publiclisted company having average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore andabove in last 3 financial years excluding the current financial year, listedon National Stock Exchange or Bombay Stock Exchange,incorporated/registered atleast 5 years prior to the date of opening oftender, shall also be considered provided the work experience certificatehas been issued by a person authorized by the Public listed company toissue such certificates. In case tenderer submits work experiencecertificate issued by public listed company, the tenderer shall also submitalong with work experience certificate, the relevant copy of work order,bill of quantities, bill wise details of payment received duly certified byChartered Accountant, TDS certificates for all payments received andcopy of final/last bill paid by company in support of above workexperience certificate.

Similar Nature of Work means: Any work involving Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Audio Conferencing System.

Tenderer shall arrange all tools, tackles, men, materials requiredfor the above work.

Documents to be Submitted Along with Tender (i)The tenderershall clearly specify whether the tender is submitted on his own(Proprietary Firm) or on behalf of a Partnership Firm / Company /Joint Venture (JV) / Registered Society / Registered Trust / HUFetc. The tenderer(s) shall enclose the attested copies of theconstitution of their concern, and copy of PAN Card along withtheir tender. Tender Documents in such cases are to be signedby such persons as may be legally competent to sign them onbehalf of the firm, company, association, trust or society, as thecase maybe. (ii)Following documents shall be submitted by thetenderer: (a)Sole Proprietorship Firm: (i)All documents in termsof Para 10 of the Tender Form (Second Sheet) .

Following documents shall be submitted by the tenderer: if HUF: (i) A copy of notarized affidavit on Stamp Paper declaring thathe who is submitting the tender on behalf of HUF is in theposition of 'Karta' of Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) and he hasthe authority, power and consent given by other members to acton behalf of HUF. (ii) All other documents in terms of Para 10 ofthe Tender Form (Second Sheet)

Following documents shall be submitted by the tenderer: ifCompany registered under Companies Act2013: (i) The copies ofMOA (Memorandum of Association) / AOA (Articles ofAssociation) of the company (ii) A copy of Certificate ofIncorporation (iii) A copy of Authorization/Power of Attorneyissued by the Company (backed by the resolution of Board ofDirectors) in favour of the individual to sign the tender on behalfof the company and create liability against the company. (iv) Allother documents in terms Para 10 of the Tender Form (SecondSheet)

Following documents shall be submitted by the tenderer: ifRegistered Society & Registered Trust: The tenderer shallsubmit: (i) A copy of Certificate of Registration (ii) A copy ofMemorandum of Association of Society/Trust Deed (iii) A copy ofPower of Attorney in favour of the individual to sign the tenderdocuments and create liability against the Society/Trust. (iv) Acopy of Rules & Regulations of the Society (v) All otherdocuments in terms of Para 10 of the Tender Form (SecondSheet

The following documents shall be submitted by the partnershipfirm, with the tender: (i) A notarized copy of the PartnershipDeed or a copy of the Partnership deed registered with theRegistrar. (ii) A notarized or registered copy of Power of Attorneyin favour of the individual to tender for the work, sign theagreement etc. and create liability against the firm. (iii) Anundertaking by all partners of the partnership firm that they arenot blacklisted or debarred by Railways or any other Ministry /Department of the Govt. of India from participation in tenders /contracts as on the date of submission of bids, either in theirindividual capacity or in any firm/LLP in which they were / arepartners/members. Any Concealment / wrong information inregard to above shall make the bid ineligible or the contractshall be determined under Clause 62 of the Standard GeneralConditions of Contract. (iv) All other documents in terms of Para10 of the Tender Form (Second Sheet).

The schedule given in this NIT shall be read in conjunction withtechnical specifications ,scope of work, tender documents,special condition of contract given in the Tenderdocument attached with this Tender.

Following documents shall be submitted by the tenderer: if LLP(Limited Liability Partnership): (i) A copy of LLP Agreement (ii) Acopy of Certificate of Incorporation (iii) A copy of Power ofAttorney/Authorization issued by the LLP in favour of theindividual to sign the tender on behalf of the LLP and createliability against the LLP. (iv) An undertaking by all partners ofthe LLP that they are not blacklisted or debarred by Railways orany other Ministry / Department of the Govt. of India fromparticipation in tenders / contracts as on the date of submissionof bids, either in their individual capacity or in any firm/LLP or JVin which they were / are partners/members. Concealment /wrong information in regard to above shall make the contractliable for determination under Clause 62 of the Standard GeneralConditions of Contract.
