Taking down of old unserviceable street light fittings and Supply, fixing and testing LED street light fitting of 45 Watt fitted on 4 to 9 meter high octagonal pole / 9 & 11 meter PCC/Swan neck pole including LED lamps complete with body robust, corrosion, resistant, superior finish and without any cracks or through holes, made in a single piece by high pressure die cast aluminium alloy. The luminaries shall be monolithic construction totally enclosed dust and water proof with minimum IP-65 protection as per IS-10322-1982 (Part-I) with latest amendments and input voltage range 140-300V, AC, frequency 50-60 Hz, PF should be more than 0.9 with total harmonic distoration THD (I) less than 15%, cool white colour and lamp starting time should not be more than 10 second, Fittings should be provided with 10 KV surge protection. Driver should be constant current constant voltage driver. Driver should have high voltage withstanding capacity upto 300V, AC. Driver should also have double phase protection, no load, open circuit and short circuit protection. LED light fittings should be suitable for ambient temperature from - 10 degree centrigrade to 50 degree centigrade and humidity level 10% to 90% RH. Covers should be polycarbonate/ toughened glass to ensure minimum IP 65 degree protection cover should not degrade due to heating and ageing. The efficient of LED luminaries system shall be more than 85 lumens per watt and must be certified by LM-79 test report complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Crompton/ Bajaj/Havells/Halonix/Philips Note :- (a) Bidder shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from accredited test laboratory for LM-79 (b) Bidder has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of CA. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following cases : - (i) Manufacturing defects, (ii) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact, (iii) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1m) below 90% of claimed values of lumen (or lux at 1m) of the LED/ luminairies. (c) All LED light luminaire must meet the provision laid down in IS-16101, 16102 Part-I/II, 16103 Part-I, 16104, 16105, 16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part-II/ Section 13 (d) scope of work shall include supply and fixing street light fittings on poles which includes needful T & P and required accessories etc if any, complete including making connection, testing etc complete. No extra payment is admissible on these account. Note: Every light fitting will be warranty 5 years after completion of CA and replacement/defects as applicable should be complied/rectified within 7 days .

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables, pipes etc. and getting out including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by the engineer in charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by the engineer in charge.

Removing excavated material ( soils) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by the engineer in charge.

M & L for river sand, washed and screened dry for sand cushioning to under ground cable 23 cm thick, 8 cm thick below the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

Supply and laying burnt bricks sub class 'B' old size for cable protection laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable complete all as specified.

Boring/Drilling ( horizontally) manually under existing road ( maximum 10 M in width) suitable for passing GI tubing of 40 to 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by the engineer in charge.

S & F in replacement 40 mm bore Galvanised iron pipe /tubing, light grade complete with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed by the engineer in charge. Note : Excavation & Earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

Disconnecting & taking out defective under ground cable from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc locate the fault, rectify the defect and relaying the XLPE cable underground PVC insulated and overall sheathed aluminium conductor heavy duty LT/HT 1100/11000 volts connecting and testing for any size complete all as specified and directed by the engineer in charge.

Supply, laying or fixing in replacement , jointing testing and commissioning in replacement XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty multi stranded aluminium conductor & PVC sheathed LT cable 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-7098 with cross sectional area 10 Sqmm,4 core, laid in trenches/ ducts/ fixed on poles/wall/laid under roads/paths/drain/culverts or passing through pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning and brick protection shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of BOQ.

All as per item No 35 above but LT cable of cross sectional area 16 Sqmm, 4 core all as specified and directed by the engineer in charge. Note :- A Sum of Rs. 38,550.00 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantling/demolished/taking down material. Please refer detail on srl page No 24 (Schedule of credit) of Tender Documents.
