Rehabilitation and Improvement of JIRGO Dam (Mechanical Works) Under DRIP-II in Mirzapur District of Uttar Pradesh.

(A) Fabrication and Erection with material of Trusses Perlines MS coloumn pipe,MS plate ,MS Clits for Durashine steel shade over Jirgo Main sluice.

Fabrication and Erection of dura shine colour coated steel shade as per drawing of sluice gate path way.

(B) Fabrication and Erection with material of Trusses perlines MS coloumn pipe,MS plate ,MS Clits for Durashine steel shade over Navkundi.

Fabrication and Erection of dura shine colour coated steel shade as per drawing of sluice gate path way.

Painting of column, truss,perlin and all other components of shed by applying one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coat of high class synthetic enamel phiroza paint of standared make after propper cleaning ,scrapping the surface including cost of material,labour,T&P and scaffolding bridges with propper safety arrangement as required for propper completion of work.

(C) Fabrication and Erection with material of Trusses perlines MS coloumn pipe,MS plate ,MS Clits for Durashine steel shade over Khutaha Minor-2 Sluice.

Fabrication and Erection of dura shine colour coated steel shade as per drawing of sluice gate path way.

(D)Fabrication and Erection with material of Trusses perlines MS coloumn pipe,MS plate ,MS Clits for Durashine steel shade for watch Tower.

Providing and laying in position 1:2:4 reinforced cement foundation of size 1000 mm (L) X 1000 mm wide and 1000mm deep i/c excavation of earth, providing , cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement of cold twisted bars of 12mm dia - 1960mm long (approx) - 13 nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8mm dia - 3600mm (approx) - 10 nos. (with 150mm spacing) as required with positioning of foundation bolts .

Providing and laying in position 1:2:4 reinforced cement foundation of size 1000 mm (L) X 250 mm wide and 1000mm deep i/c excavation of earth, providing , cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement of cold twisted bars of 12mm dia - 1960mm long (approx) - 8 nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8mm dia - 2100mm (approx) - 10 nos. (with 150mm spacing) as required with positioning of foundation bolts .

(E)Fabrication and Erection with material of Trusses perlines MS coloumn pipe,MS plate ,MS Clits for stair case of watch tower.

Fabrication and Erection of trussec for stair Case of Watch Tower including all cost of material, Labour, T&P and accessries for proper completion of work.

Painting of column, trusses,perlin and all other components of staircase of watch tower by applying one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coat of high class synthetic enamel phiroza paint of standard make after proper cleaning ,scrapping the surface including cost of material,labour,T&P and scaffolding bridges with proper safety arrangement as required for proper completion of work..

(F)Repairing of Main Sluice gates of Jirgo Dam

Detaching sluice gate with lifting mechanism such as spindle rod, lifting rod, winch crab machine, main roller, side, bottom and top rubber seal etc. as per site situation.

Making bund in front of inlet of sluice gate to create obstacale between gate and Dam catchment area water with the help of MS pipe, chequered plate and E.C. bags filled with sand/ earth including cost of all material , labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Replacing/ fitting new C.S. Rollers with new S.S. roller pin and G.M Bush in Sluice Gate including cot of all labour , material T&P and scaffolding etc required for proper completion of work.

Removing old/damaged bottom rubber seal for gate, scraping & cleaning surface making a new rubber seal size 80mm x 20 mm thick ( IS 11855 ) making hole, fixing the rubber seal on hole, fixing the Rubber seal on gate, clamping the m.s. plate by New hexagonal/Counter sunk High tensile Bolt Nut & washer making adjustment as per requirement of site including cost of material, labour, T&p, Scaffolding etc. for proper completion of work at the site.

Removing old/damaged top rubber seal for gate, scraping & cleaning surface making a new rubber seal size 65mm x 65 mm thick ( IS 11855 ) making hole, fixing the rubber seal on hole, fixing the Rubber seal on gate, clamping the m.s. plate by New hexagonal/Counter sunk High tensile Bolt Nut & washer making adjustment as per requirement of site including cost of material, labour, t&p, Scaffolding etc. for proper completion of work at the site.

Removing old/damaged side rubber seal for gate, scraping & cleaning surface making a new rubber seal size 150x12 mm thick with 45 mm dia note( IS 11855 ) making hole, fixing the rubber seal on hole, fixing the Rubber seal on gate, clamping the m.s. plate by New hexagonal/Counter sunk High tensile Bolt Nut & washer making adjustment as per requirement of site including cost of material, labour, T&P, Scaffolding etc. for proper completion of work at the site.

Providing and fitting of New MS angle 100x100x12 mm for spindle support of lifting mechanism of sluice gate with proper welding and grouting in sluice gate wall including cost of material, labour, scaffolding & T&P for proper completion of work as well as dismentaling of oldand rusted spindle support angle.

Replacing of old damage brass spindle nut by new spindle nut and straightening of spindle screw ,including cot of all labour , material , turning, threding , carrage , T&P and scaffolding etc required for propper completion of work.

Repairing of guide rail of sluice gate by fixing of MS plate on guide surface after scraping and proper cleaning the surface of guide path including measuring, marking, cutting by gas, making counter sunk hole in MS plate and guide path, tapping the hole of guide path and all cost of material i.e. MS plate , D.G. set, gas cutter including cost of gas, electrode , grinder as well as labour and t&p required for proper completion of work.

Epoxy Painting of old rusted steel surface of gates and appurtenances after preparation of surface properly by sand blasting process and applying two coat of zinc rich primer and two coats of solvent less coaltar epoxy paint including cost of all labour , material T&P and scaffolding etc. required for propper completion of work as per I.S. code of irrigation department.

Renovation of winch crab system by dismantling complete unit of winch machine , extracting pinion by hydraulic puller , dismantling gear from shaft and checking alignment on lathe m/c , repairing key way ,remetaling and finishing of gear and pinion, strengthiening pinion shaft by using thrust bearing 51212 and 51213 including cost of all material , labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Refitting of repaired sluice gate and lifting rod & its mechanism with help of chain pulley block, ziges, fixture, Tripod, manila rope etc. as required as per site with operating, testing and trail on load and unload.( Work will be done at 45 feet down on Dam level)
