Desilting and cleaning of blocked storm water drain/ nallaha and culvert etc by removal of mud, soil, aggregate, debris manually and removal to a distance exc 50m but n.exc 100m and depositing in low lying area, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching, surface channels , drains and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for hardcore of broken bricks of gauge exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate)as in floors finishing even and smooth without using extra cement incl making joints at every 2.50 m interval in each panel complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Sub-base to floor finishes.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of Exterior Weather Coat paint, white or tinted or green on walls/edging/facia/ incl primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of Walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing ,scrapping down smoke soots, moulds and efforescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots incl cornices washing down etc and applying one two of Exterior Weather Coat paint , white or tinted complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old any description of heritage/texture finished surface including preparation of surface and applying heritage/ texture finish surface such as fine flaxes features/heritage flaxes textures features/heritage granite finish/ heritage granules finish/heritage surface textures/metallic / stone finishes/ natural finishes/ super matt paint finish/ fine flaxes/ fine granules etc complete application process as per manufacturer recommendations in any tint design and pattern as approved by GE including bonding agent and top coat including trowelled on the surface on internal or external surfaces including matching with existing work incl necessary scaffolding any ht as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated AC sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including ridge etc as in roof covering.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in framed work and in any position

S&F tubular framed steel trusses made out of MS medium grade tube (ERW or induction butt welded) conforming to I. Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls any description etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone / concrete block/ stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stonework and pre cast concrete articles all as spd.

M&L burnt clay brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks,(old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 43,050.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
