Providing and laying in position machine batched and concrete mixed design mix M-25 grade cment concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishihng and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of ENgineer-in-Charge in foundatin and plinth. (Note:Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum) complete in all respectively. As per HSR item No. 10.66

Steel reinforcement TMT bars FE-500 EQR/FE-500 D grade or more for RCC work, where no included in the complete rate of RCC including straightening, bending, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, hangers and annealed steel wire etc and placing in position complete in all respects for all heights/depths/storeys/basements etc. complete in all respect. As per HSR No. 18.22

Providing & Fixing weep holes 6'' dia pipe in Side wall . ( N.S.Item)

Disposal of Extra earth, Malba and waste material loading/unloading with a combined lead of 2 km complete in all respect. As per HSR item 5.2(a) )

Providing, lowering, cutting, jointing and testing 1200 mm i/d RCC pipeline class-NP3 IS 458-2003 with Spigot & socketted joints manufactured with ISI marked sulpate Resistance Cement as per IsI 12330 with rubber rings ISI marked, antiternmite as required at site, into tenches, for all-depths and layingout the same to correct alignment, gridients and levels including dressing and trimming and cutting of concrete beds and sides of trenches, if required, jointing with rubber rings in trenches and jointing with 1:1 1/2 cement sand mortar and with end dowels filled with 1:1 1/2 cement sand mortar and finishing the joints at an angle of 45 degree with faces of spigot of socket joints cutting and finishing the cut surface to a uniform finish etc as fully described in HSR item No. 29.38, 29.44, 29.45 & 29.46 including cartage loading and unloading complete in all respects. The internal diametric of the sewer being. complete in all respect as per HSR Item No. 29.96 (X)

Providing & laying 60 mm thick interlocking Pavers blocks of all shapes and colours in design mix cement M-35 over a bed of 25 mm thick fine sand complete in all respect as per HSR Item No.10.158

Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 ith stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size in Kerbs and the like items, finished smooth with 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 on exposed surface including form work,placing and fixing in position, complete at the ground level or in first storey complete in all respects. As per HSR Item No. 10.77
