The tender is through e mode only

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The rates enumerated in the tender schedule / BOQ are inclusive of all lead and lifts and all other charges to complete the work successfully.

The tender may be cancelled at any stage without assigning any reason

Tenderer must submit his present accurate postal address and phone / cell phone number

Materials to be utilized for the work must be tested in PRED labs and quality control test reports must be enclosed to the bills. Cost of quality control tests must be borne by the contractor

Tenderer who is successful in any tender previously, but not submitted security deposit, is not eligible to participate in this tender

If any date in tender time table is government holiday, next working day will be considered

Executive Engineer PRED Gadag has authority to reject or accept any tender without assigning any reason

If the rates Quoted by the contractor is lesser than the amount put to tender, the difference cost should be paid by the contractor through DD/ FDR / NSC in the favour of Executive Engineer. within 20 days of the receipt of the letter of acceptance for unbalanced tenders in accordance with clause 25.5 of ITT and clause 44 of the condition of contract as per G.O.No FD 94 PCL 2008 Bangalore dated 14.10.2008

GST shall be paid to the tendered amount separately.

The contractor should provide daily there staff members on site

If there is any objection regarding tender, eligibility of contractors, documents etc. The objection must be submitted before last date & time of submission of tender directly to Executive Engineer, PRE Dn, Gadag. (Not in inward).

The work subjected to third party inspection and inspection by other govt agencies third party inspection cost is borne by the contractor for the gross amount of the bill third party agency is appointed by the dept

Aspiring bidders/ contractors who have not obtained the user ID & Password for participating in E-Proc in PRED may now obtain the same from the website www.kppp.karnataka.gov.in through link

Corrigendum/modifications/corrections, if any, will be published only in the website individual letters, information to bidders will not be sent by post, courier. All information will be on the web site. However in case of any clarification required you are directed to contact the under signed during office hours on all working days

If any of the dates mentioned above is declared as holiday, the next working day will hold good without any change in the timings indicated.

Further details of work can be obtained in the office of the undersigned all working days.

Tenderer can inspect site before quoting rates. Quoted rates are inclusive statutory deduction as per Government order.

Any over writing of civil engineering words and measurements should be clarified the considered department ( No claims should be considered).

Work Completion/Execution Period : 02 Months

Contractor should upload PWD Valid Registration copy

Within 20 days of receipt of the Letter of Acceptance, the successful Tenderer shall deliver to the Employer a Security deposit(FDR) for an amount equivalent to 5% of the Contract price

Work done certificate should be issued by competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer

The tender of any tenderer who does not accept the conditions contained in the tender document is liable to be rejected. Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

The cost of tender form fee shall not be refundable. The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs. No interest will be paid by the Government on the Earnest money deposit

Only contractor belongs to scheduled Cast/ (CAT-II)(A) category and resident of Karnataka State for more than 10 years should participate in tender along with caste Certificate and Domicile Certificate issued by competent authority which should be uploaded.

Security deposit for an amount equivalent to 5% of the contract price shall be deducted in every running bill. However in case of first and final bill the entire security deposit will be deducted from the final bill
