Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Steel Tubular truss pipe as in truss purlins, post, rafters etc, including cutting welding and buffing with special shaped washers etc confirming to ISI 1161-1998 Steel Grade 240 complete all as specified and as directed.

supply and fix Mild Steel Plates (Plain or chequerred) channels, square cut or notched forming holes without any attachement confirming to Fe-410 Grade 240 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MS screw bolt not exceeding 10 Cm long and neck dia 11-15 mm,machine made wih hexagonal or square head a one end and screwed the other or screwed the both ends,fitted with washers andhexagonal nuts and drilling etc of section confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminum and zinc alloy coating steel based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick (TCT) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, cut as per site requirement, fixed with self drilling/self tapping screws with EPDM seal etc., complete all as specified by manufacturer specification and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate and set in CM 1:6 as in landings, manhole cover slab etc, including making of perforated holes if necessary complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Reinforcement bars shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for Point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area) unsheathed FRLS multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated cable 1100 volts grade single core drawn into and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit of 20 mm dia concealed in wall/floors etc/PVC casing/capping along with 1.5 sqmm unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable PVC insulated 1100 volts grade as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly fixed to wall/ ceiling roof and including 2mm thick terminal boxes MS sheet flush mounted with 3mm thick laminated hylem sheet for mountling switches, socket, fan regulators etc complete for one light point/f or one fan point, bell point controlled by one switch of 5/6 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.Note: Make of PVC copper conductor cable:- Finolex/Poly cab/ Asian/Anchor Make of PVC conduit /casing/capping : Avon plast/ Kon seal / Garware.
