Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material as per clause 304 of MORT&H specifications Ordinary soil, Depth 3 m to 6 m as per HSR Item No 15.1.2.2

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns as per HSR Item No. 6.29.1

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts and struts as per HSR Item No. 6.29.3

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Small lintels not exceeding 1.5 m clear span, moulding as in cornices, window sills, string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks and the like as per HSR Item No 6.30.15

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work below plinth level and up to Floor IV level: Unit 6.1.1 1 : 1 ½: 3 ( 1 Cement: 1 ½ coarse sand (zone-Ill) : graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per HSR Item No. 6.1.6

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) as per HSR Item No. 7.21.1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work below plinth level and up to Floor IV level: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-Ill) : 4 graded cum stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size as per HSR Item No. 6.1.2

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. As per HSR Item No. 13.27

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete as per HSR Item No. 13.29.1
